Xujiahui Catholic Church is a famous Catholic church in China. It was built in 1904 and completed in September 1910. The whole building is five stories high and is made of brick and wood. It is in the style of the French Middle Ages. The top of the church is a Gothic bell tower with a spire. It is 50 meters high. Inside the church, the statue of the Virgin Mary holding the baby Jesus stands on the top of the altar, overlooking the whole church, which is the center of the whole church.
