Nice budget hotel with clean and comfortable bed. Room size is okay not so big as shown in the pictures but not bad. For toiletries they only provide toothbrush set, towel and body wash in bathroom. You may have a problem with charging your devices so better carry suitable plug for the electric socket, it’s a round pins one. They don’t provide water bottles but they have multiple water dispenser you can fill water bottle. Breakfast was included and it was really nice.

The amenities was so so. Breakfast was also so so. But overall is good for the price and location.

The hotel has its pro and cons and based on your  travel purpose.  Pro . location in glodok, Chinatown, 1km close to Kota tua. Interesting if you are an explorer and want to walk around a bit, understand the most humble of local life, and only go back to hotel to sleep. You can easily find indomaret, maxim the grocer and breakfast place on the gloria alley. for dinner, pancoran food lane will work. . friendly concierge, I really love their smiles . rather cheap comparing to neighboring novotel or grand paragon holiday inn . hot water works,  AC works, 2 single beds,  cons .despite strategic location, everything closes early like afternoon or 6pm. if you want to enjoyor night life, go to kota tua or book hotel there instead . super smelly towels, like they only wash their towels with water but no detergent . only the most basic amenities are provided. no hairdryer, water kettle, tea coffee, spoon, fridge. There were only 2 water bottles, 2 toothbrush, 2 toothpaste, 2 towels (no face towels), 2 glass cups, 1 pair of slippers that dont work . they give us 2 cards but only 1 will work, you have to decide which one... . you have to log in to wifi every day

Such a great location just located above the mall where you can find many foods and go shopping! Spacious room and friendly staff. Only cons are the room I stayed was a bit stink of cigarette when you enter the room and you must take a long walk to the entrance lift other than that was great!

The hotel entrance smelled very nice. However it didn’t reflect to the room. The room looked old and tired. It didn’t have any towels in the bathroom. I needed to call teice to have them provided. Location is very central. Close to culinary spots, to Sarinah and Tanah Abang fashion market. One thing to highlight was the reception staffs. They were very friendly!

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. See the photos and you can decide yourself whether it's gross or not.

The location of the hotel is in blok M Mall, so fetching and dropping off from the hotel front door can be a bit confusing and not so easy. Calling Grab or e hailing cab is the best option. But the area is very strategic, in the middle of arrays of shopping complexes, both local and international brands, lots of convenient and hypermarket nearby, lots of places to grab great coffee (the coffee here is superb!), great choices for food, and nearby to MRT Blok M. The hotel itself is a new hotel, nice and sleek interior, though the room a bit small. Overall, we love staying here!

Good value hotel. Located in a very strategic place of mangga dua . Shopping district area . Hotel is good enough for budget friendly and bfast is also quite good

The hotel location is strategic, easy to go any where, near from the center of Jakarta (some ministries), the furniture has renew however need to improve about the air condition, some of it has been operating below the standard even we have settled it at 16 degree Celsius but the room temperature still warm.

Went for the clubs. Not a great scene, sounds lit from the outside but pretty dead on the inside. Lots of people inside but almost everyone there works there just waiting to be chosen. Be prepared to tip literally every single person you talk to, doorman, mama, the girls…(after paying them already, they’ll ask for more). No shortage of girls, and you can pick and choose and take them to a private room. They will literally ask what kind of girl you like and give you a lineup in the middle of the club. Also be prepared a lot of them speak zero English. The club had a live band playing though

the bed sheets and and pillow case are not change throughout the five night. Dirty blanket cover, when room service still the same blanket cover with the same spot dirty. Only toiletries are change. The bathroom is not clean properly, hair remains there even after Cleaning. But overall the hotel location and staff are good.

This is only hotel with no restaurant. There's no breakfast. The bedroom door was not easy to open, should ask security to help open it.

Second time staying at yellow bee 🐝 It's always a hassle free check-in and convenient stay. Thank you for Mas Ichsan for helping me during the check-in process, he was super helpful and informative and definitely friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. The place is located in the center of the city so it is easy to get around.

the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is strategic near St Cikini. there is a small balcony with views of Jakarta city.

I booked this hotel because it looked pretty nice online but I was super disappointed. At check in I paid and did the paperwork but they made me wait to get my key even though it was 4pm and check in time is 2pm. I didn’t understand if the room was not ready or why I had to wait so long just to get a key. The receptionist was overwhelmed with calls and people walking up and I guess he forgot about me because I only got a key when another receptionist finally came out and took my information again. The key has the room number handwritten on a piece of tape holding the wifi code. Spoiler alert, my wifi worked for about two hours and hasn’t worked since. You walk in and immediately face the toilet bowl which is unsettling. The bathroom is super tiny with no sink counter space and one towel and one bath mat. The toilet roll was almost finished so whoever prepared the room barely did anything which made me worry how clean it actually was. I’m not a fan of the pillows which look like bigger versions of those neck pillows you use on flights. Maybe some people like that but I didn’t. They did have two regular pillows on a shelf though. The room is small and disappointing. I booked non-smoking but it smelled of smoke and noodles or something bad and when I called down to complain they sent a guy to spray the room. It lasted maybe half an hour before it smelled again. I didn’t sleep well. The nice things are the tv which is a good size and the AC worked well. I’m still iffy about how clean the sheets are. The fridge wasn’t that cold. The staff didn’t really understand my complaints and ignored me telling them about my wifi twice or perhaps didn’t understand. I asked for a refund and to check out the day after I checked in Eve though I’d paid for three nights. They said accounting has already processed the payment so no refund which makes no sense. Have they never had to give a refund? I don’t want to stay but they refuse to refund my money even though I stayed one night and paid at the property. That’s unacceptable to me. All in all I think they mean well but honestly I don’t recommend this hotel unless you really just don’t care where you sleep: there are cheaper options I’ve stayed in in Jakarta that were far nicer

Recommended Hotel for your staycation! Strategic location, good view, delicous taste for everybreakfast also lunch and dinner. Good cleanliness , comfortable room. Excpecially thanks to Mr. Putra who bring me the healty drink at Lobby. Very kind. Surely will come back to Best Western Senayan!

The room is worth of the price except I got a room with a broken shower's head. I didn't bother to change the room as I arived late after midnight but it means the property manager didn't pay attention for it. On the way to the room, I passed a smelly garbage point after the parking lot. Gym facility is basic. The coffee shop at the gate is descent. Service is good, all people are friendly, interior design isn't not for a hotel purpose/ needs, more like a renting room residence. Overall, it's an okay stay.

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

At first I had doubt. But when I enter the room, the room was spacious. It even has 1 sofa and table. One thing that I disappointed was when I opened the curtain, there was a construction at the same level. So, I can't open the curtain at night to enjoy the view, otherwise they can see me. And a little noise from their works. I guess I'm just get unlucky. But in the future, perhaps my room won't be able to see the city again. The laundry is available but no same day service. So, be careful. But it's free of charge. And they didn't provide bag, instead we put our laundry on the box just outside near the door room. And you'll find your clean laundry there afterwards. For the meal, the restaurant is small. A bit cramped. The food choices is limited, but they tasted good. And they kept changing the menu. That's good. In front the hotel you can find small minimarket that open 24 hours. And plenty of food choices. There are a couple of Mall near the hotel, within walking distance, such as Lotte, ITC, Mall Ambassador and Kuningan City.

Very happy to stay there. Staff was helpful. The room is clean, WIFI and AC works great. One thing tho, the TV is not smart yet, so no Netflix etc. But overall not bad at all.

I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

Good hotel with good service, nice receptionist and room service. Room is very clean and no malfunction. Various menu breakfast.free parking car.mosque is nearby the hotel so remember us to sholat every time.we can see MRT ooutside the window and that's amazing
