I stayed in this hotel 3 days - September 19-22, 2021, room No. 102. From the first minute administrator in a reception started to fight with me. For the begining, he did not liked my Visa card. It tooks a while for to explain him and to show a Revolut app. Then, after one day, he decided to explain me, that my money, what I paid - worth nothing, because they are very small and not important to the hotel. I should be thankfull, that he let me to the palace. It means, ofcourse, that I am also worth nothing to this hotel. He humilated me and shouted loud through all the hall. It was so strange, I even thought, that this man maybe has a mental disability or other problems. I did not answered anything and later tried not to contact to this person in a reception. I do not respect business, where do not respect me. If you want to be respected - do not go to this hotel. Vilius

Accademia Hotel really better and better. Comfortable rooms, and a very very rich breakfast. Clean and easy car parking. Antonella and Susanna always ready to help you for any need. At the bar , you can eat “Piadina& Sandwiches “ very good with products of the territory (Romagna). Also wines and Beverages are good. Closed to Rimini Fiera (EXPO). Albergo ben posizionato vicinissimo alla darsena e con personale molto gentile… colazione SUPER.. Struttura con un buon potenziale ma da ristrutturare: fondo della piscina sporco, odore di fogna nelle stanze… la nostra camera di per se non era male ed aveva anche un bel terrazzino, ma il male odore che proveniva da scarichi e tubazioni… in albergo girovaga un bellissimo cagnolone ma l odore si sente in tutte le aree comuni… lo staff è molto in gamba e parla diverse lingue e se non c è fretta di riassegnare le stanze ne concede l’ utilizzo anche fino a tarda mattinata.. in piscina c è anche lo scivolo ed il bagnino… insomma un hotel dal potenziale incredibile ma che necessita di una ristrutturata sostanziale… d altro canto i costi sono molto contenuti ed ha anche il posto auto a pagamento (10€)… Consigliato per chi deve solo dormire fare una doccia ed una ottima colazione
