GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled delicious. All toiletries, including the bath towels, were disposable, so they were safe to use. Any needs were met, including a pick-up and drop-off service, and you could rent an electric scooter. When the owner picked us up at the station, he offered us milk tea after we'd missed our meals. During the May Day holiday, he gathered everyone for a barbecue and chat, and his hands were practically spitting out sparks from the skewers he was skewering. The only downside was being woken one morning by the sound of firecrackers outside. 😂

GGuest UserThe hotel is very thoughtful, offering a free pickup service from Fuzhou Station. You can book it directly with the front desk after placing your order. The directions provided were very clear, which made our trip much easier. The 2.4m large bed in our room was perfect for sleeping with a child, not at all cramped. It was great, and we'd definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff at the front desk were excellent, and the lobby was bright and clean. The room was dust-free and spotless. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The towels and bed sheets were freshly disinfected, and the towels were individually wrapped, which made me feel very secure using them. The staff provided meticulous service, responded quickly to requests, and were polite and thoughtful. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with great natural light and ventilation. It was quiet and peaceful at night. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient. The facilities are well-maintained and look new, making for a great stay.

This is truly one of the best 4* hotels in Fujian, not just in Fuzhou. This was our third stay, and we continue to be impressed.
🛏 Room Comfort & Cleanliness
The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden of the breakfast restaurant, which was a lovely view. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet — we could not hear any street noise at all.
🤝 Service
The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage securely for a week while we traveled to Wuyishan and Xiapu.
🧴 Amenities
Toiletries were well supplied and replenished adequately. Overall room facilities meet 4-star standards.
📍 Location & Connectivity
The location is excellent and extremely convenient:
1) McDonald’s and Yonghui Supermarket (永辉超市) are right beside the hotel.
2) Directly opposite is the large shopping mall 五四印象, offering numerous dining options (including a Japanese restaurant), optical shops, beauty and hair salons, and many fashion retail stores for both men and women.
3) It is only a 10-minute ride to Fuzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities in Fujian and even neighboring Zhejiang.
💰 Value for Money
The room rates are very reasonable for the comfort, service, and convenience offered. Excellent value overall.
🙏Areas for Improvement
1) The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and could offer more variety.
2) The metal fence on the balcony is rusting and would benefit from repainting or replacement.

GGuest UserInitially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart.
When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care.
From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

NNihaoyibaoConveniently located, the room facing the residential area was quiet. It's just a few hundred meters walk to the subway station, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back, mainly because it's close to the museum and the panda world.

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend this guesthouse suite! Beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and with plenty of rooms. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The bed is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is decent. The location is convenient yet quiet, making for a perfect stay – a truly therapeutic experience!

MM5022****Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!
