The hotel opened in 2018, so it's a bit dated, but the cleanliness is impeccable, which makes up for the slightly older feel. The service is exceptional; responses are prompt, and they even offer laundry service where they wash your clothes and return them to you. This is incredibly convenient, especially when compared to the charged laundry services at many five-star hotels! It's perfect for families visiting Fuzhou, as it's in the city center, making transportation easy and many attractions readily accessible. You won't waste much time traveling each day! Great value for money!"

"The fish pond in the lobby of the Shuxiang Wenru Hotel is very grand and perfect for relaxing. The adjacent book gallery is also beautifully arranged and set up for great photo opportunities. A special shout-out to the hotel's frontline baggage handlers – they were incredibly professional, steady, and attentive, even escorting my luggage all the way to the west gate of Wenru Alley. Their service was truly outstanding! 👍👍🌹🌹"

"The hotel's location is fantastic. Right outside the alley is the 'Love Tree,' and if you head out early, there are fewer people for photos. The alleys of Sanfang Qixiang are absolutely beautiful. Even though I arrived late, the front desk lady kindly upgraded my room for free. The butler was also wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious – I'll definitely miss that 'Laohua' soup! The hotel is very quiet with excellent soundproofing, and every staff member was incredibly polite. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Fuzhou."
