Eden Resort

This resort is lovely for families with young children and offers something different to a hotel stay. We had a one bed apartment for 2 adults 2 kids, and there was plenty of room, the kids had a pull out sofa bed and said it was comfy. The aircon kept it really comfortable. We were right at the back of the resort so a little walk to the restaurant/pool/evening entertainment but the grounds and buildings are so lovely we actually really enjoyed the walk. The staff helped with our luggage on little golf buggies which was a nice touch and the kids loved it! We made use of the shuttle to the beach too. The entertainment team were brilliant with lots going on by the pool each day, at the kids club that you can go to anytime without having to leave your children if you don’t want to (our kids highlight was the kids spa with nail polish and hair styled and lots of glitter), and the characters visited the pool and the restaurants and even left a letter on our last day to say goodbye. The shows in the circus tent were brilliant for the kids, especially the Eden circus show on our last night which we were told they put together last minute after some team injuries - you’d have never known as it was fab! They are a credit to you. Our children loved dancing with the team each day and getting high fives it felt really personal. The team in the restaurant keep on top of taking your plates and clearing tables super quickly and it’s nice that you see the same faces everyday in there, they work really hard. It was my birthday whilst we were there and treats and a card were left in our room by the staff, and I went for a massage at the spa and they’d put a birthday message in the room all lit up in lights which was so sweet. Shout out to Hosana for the amazing treatment and Erica on the desk - both so kind and welcoming. A lovely holiday treat if you can make time! We got lucky with the weather and loved the pool areas, we managed to get sun beds / seats whenever we needed. The kids loved the splash park, the water is cold but they managed fine, you soon warm up in the sunshine. Thank you for helping us make some lovely family memories!

We stayed from 25/09/24 to 02/10/24 in villa 156. The Villa is very spacious and can easily fit more than our family of 4. The place was spotlessly clean and the cleaners do a fantastic job not just in the rooms but at the whole hotel. Food was amazing every day and plenty of choice to choose from. There seemed to be a theme every night. Staff are all friendly and hard working, they really make an effort with the children. Our children are 2 and 5 and the children’s pool is perfect for that age range. The shuttle bus is very helpful and the driver is very helpful and friendly. Only gripe I have is that the bed was a little to hard for my liking. Location of the hotel is around 5 minutes car/bus ride from Albufeira old town. But there is a few shops around 5/10 minutes walk away. We will hopefully return next summer

We had a great time, everyone can’t do enough for you. I have never experienced such lovely friendly staff free buses in to the town, food was great and plenty of choice. Drinks were strong and plenty full. Would recommend to everyone.

2nd visit, excellent holiday. Ideal for families. Entertainment great, great choice at all meal times.

We stayed from 24/9 to 01/10 and what a amazing week we had as a family the Eden resort team are amazing helpful polite entertainment was good the entertainment team are great fun , the grounds pools bars and apartment was spotless would highly recommend this resort not to far from old town which is beautiful

Just returned from a week at Eden in a party of 3 adults. Lovely holiday. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment which was lovely and well kept. Had water on the bedroom floor 2 mornings in a row which was promptly dealt with. No cleaner the day before we went home which left us with no clean towels or toilet rolls. Discovered the cleaners cupboard outside the front door and acquired some from there. Food was generally lovely and was always something to please everyone. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and a credit to the hotel. This is most definitely a family hotel and is geared up for young children. If you are going with young children you will have an amazing time. However as a party of adults we didn't feel this was the right hotel for us. As much as the children were lovely there it just felt there was no escape. The entertainment set up is very strange where we used the cocktail lounge mostly as it was quieter. This was our 3rd visit to the resort albeit the last time was 5 years qgo. It definitely felt like the emphasis on families is very apparent now in a way it wasn't before. As said before if you are looking for a holiday where your children will be catered for then this is definitely the place to go.

The resort was excellent, particularly the food. The accomodation was ok but a bit basic. The spa was outstanding. The treatments were great and the staff were so friendly. I would go back there any time. The leisure facilities were also really good especially for the kids.

Eden Resort was fantastic. Everyone is very helpful and very friendly. The entertainment team do an amazing job! The apartment offers everything a family needs to enjoy and relax on holiday. To everyone at the Eden Resort Thank you!!!!! We intend on returning : )
