So very glad we didn't miss this! One of our best stops! We stayed overnight in the two bedroom Casas and it was absolutely delightful! Clean and comfortable with a good bed and spacious with the full kitchen and refrigerator. A lovely little enclosed patio with a Southwest Tile top table. Breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was incredible with a fire and everything was just so well done. We sat in a little attached sunroom and looked out on the courtyard and it was pure peace and serenity. Renee at the front desk helped us out and gave us a tour when we got here and was so helpful in every way. Luxurious towels and linens and a great space to relax in with the Southwest flavor everywhere you looked. The grounds were full of art because this started out as an artist's residence and an artist colony before it became a bed and breakfast 20 years ago. For us this was the perfect ending for an 18-day vacation out west and I'm so thankful we found it!

The Casas de Suenos exceeded all of our expectations! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in giving us a tour of the extensive grounds before showing us to our suite of rooms (La Miradora). These were newly renovated with a large, comfortable living room, two bedrooms (with king- and queen-sized beds), and 1.5 baths with a heated floor! The gardens were filled with beautiful plantings and interesting sculptures. The hot tub area was immaculately designed and looked perfect for lounging, day or night. We enjoyed a delicious (included) breakfast the next morning. Free parking was very conveniently provided, just steps from our room. The inn is located at the end of a road, near a golf course, and felt very secure. Wish we could have stayed longer - we’ll be eager to return!

This accommodation blew us away. It is stunning. We had the Rose room and it was absolutely gorgeous - clean, chic, elegant and luxurious. The bathroom and sitting area were beautiful. Perhaps the shower could be more powerful but that’s a minor point. The rooms are set in beautiful gardens and there is a small pool, jacuzzi and lounge chairs lit by fire pits in the evening. It’s idyllic. Parking is free and there are no resort charges. It’s just a few minutes walk to beautiful old town which is absolutely charming, The welcome was warm and the free breakfast was a lovely bonus. Cannot fault this wonderful place in any way.

A very unique property within walking distance of Old Town Albuquerque. Historic buildings are well maintained. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. With only 21 units, it has a real family feel. We will definitely stay there again if we’re back in Albuquerque.

Our favorite place to stay in Albuquerque! All the rooms are like little casitas! Bedroom, living room, small kitchen and bathroom! An easy five minute walk to the center of Old Town. The courtyard is divine. In the center of all the casitas filled with roses and cottonwood trees! Definitely a respite from travels. The new adult only hot tub area is a great new addition! Can’t wait to come for another stay!! Breakfast is included and not to be missed! Superb!!

My wife and I loved this place as the property and room exceeded our expectations! Casas de Suenos was a great find with lovely grounds, friendly staff, cooked to order breakfast and an easy walk to Old Town shopping & restaurants. It checks all the boxes with a comfy bed, large screen TV, coffee maker, small refrigerator and free parking. We stayed in the Willis room which was huge with a king sized bed, high beamed ceiling and a Kiva fireplace. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Well I stayed there a few different times right before the covid debacle and I like it a lot but prices were just over $100. Now over $200.?? A virtual 100% increase.... Inflation isn't THAT high. Some people seem to be using the last 4 years as an excuse to price gouge

This historic property was an oasis of beauty adjacent to Old Town. The artwork and splendid, creative details throughout the rooms and property were very special. The cleanliness of our casita was sorely lacking, however. While this is an older property, the grime on windows, baseboards and courtyard was striking. The casita only seemed to be surface cleaned and the tub was very stained. No one was there to greet us at a 5 PM check in, and we had to call the number to have someone come to the property. The staff were uncaring and rude when two issues needing attention were raised. Disappointing.

First; we love quiet places tucked inside cities. Second; when you arrive late due to unavoidable delays (but call from airport to advise front desk yr on yr way) & are greeted by a very warm & helpful front desk staff named "Radiance"; it starts turning around an otherwise gritty day of travel. This place is VERY private, secure and quietly charming - right in Albuquerque's Old Town. This was our first visit to asitas de Suenos & it was near dark when we arrived. Radiance literally took us by the hand & led us to our very comfortable 'Willis' Casita while explaining where everything was; where to park & where to show up for a lovely (included) home made, hot breakfast. Will be heading back to Albuquerque after a week of very high end stays in Santa Fe & CO; but are looking forward to another stay at Casitas de Suenos before heading home.
