The flight was delayed, and the front desk lady had to wait until late at night. The room was really spacious, and breakfast was served on the rooftop, where you can see most of Almaty. If it is autumn or winter, you can also see the snow-capped mountains. It is worth recommending.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is convenient to take a taxi to various attractions. There is a bus stop downstairs, but I haven't taken it. There is a subway station, which is a little further away! The hotel reception is on the 17th floor. There is a restaurant on the rooftop. Breakfast is also served here. The view is excellent and you can see the city scenery of Almaty.

Really nice place to rest for a few days in Almaty. The rooftop breakfast is really nice with a good view! The air conditioner could be a little better and the curtains could be a bit darker. Overall the hotel is nice with friendly staff!

The room is nice and clean. The air conditioner is a bit loud. The hotel's 18th floor platform offers a panoramic view of Almaty and a beautiful Almaty sunset. The front desk is on the 17th floor!
