I reserved two rooms on points and arrived from AKL at 630am with my family of 4. I knew we were very early and had expected we wouldn’t be able to check in. We were greeted by Front desk manager Anna (sp?). She initially told us we could store our luggage and use the gym to change our clothes. After a few minutes m, she came back and said she was able to get two rooms for us to check into immediately. It was greatly appreciated. After that, check in was quick. My Diamond status was recognized and was offered free continental breakfast. We were given rooms 109 and 111 which are connecting. The rooms were well appointed and very stylish. Everything was modern from climate control to all the outlets available (including wireless charging areas on nightstands). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adapter here! The mattress is very comfortable, but I didn’t like the pillows. They made my neck hurt. Bath products are Crabtree and Evelyn and the water pressure is great. We did use room service one night and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The crispy Korean chicken was quite good. Breakfast in the restaurant is also good. $20 for continental and $30 for full. Standard options available. All the staff in the morning were friendly and welcoming. The location is about 25-30 mins from AKL, and south of CBD. It’s a good spot to base out of if you are exploring area south of Auckland. There are McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Sushi, and convenience store all across the street (5-10 min walk). This is not a place to stay if you are looking to explore CBD or are looking for a lot retail and food within walking distance. But for us, it was just fine. The entire property is new and there is a great modern style to it. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I am blown away by the amazing service, the cleanliness, the spacious room and design of this place. The staff have to be praised for being so accommodating and helpful. Genuine kindness from them provides such a good atmosphere and you don't feel like ”just another guest”. While it's hard to praise all staff, one in particular stood out. Grace from room service was so humble and kind and I hope that management sees this review and passes on the positive feedback. Thank you Grace :) I highly recommend this place for short or long term stays. They live up to the Accor standards and it's refreshing to see service like this at it's best! Awesome stay, We stayed there 2 nights 2 adults and 2 children stayed there, The place was clean smelled nice. Awesome furnishings. There were other quest in the place but you would not know. The stay is a different set up where the place was like homestay in bulit up area other homes around. The streets and homes are clean tidy and quiet. We shared lovely kitchen and if you are upstairs we had out own little area to make coffee and tea and a lounge to relax. We planned activities in Auckland for our time there, and it was nice get back to a comfortable room and home. I would recommend the stay to others and would stay again Thankyou. Our children loved the place. I gave 3 for location it is in built up area and 3 for service, we saw no one during out time there had to ring for help. but the line was busy. Still ok place to stay.

Family room with good value for money, surrounded by shopping malls and supermarkets, is very convenient. There is a bus stop and a train station at the door, and the traffic is convenient. Slightly far from the city.

The location was VERYYYY convenient and accessible to everything including Westfield mall across the road. Private parking space is included 💯 The kitchen had everything including pots and dishes etc. There’s also a washing machine and dryer included with washing powder. Fast wifi and a very safe and beautiful spacious balcony. I’m definitely booking this hotel again on my next visit.

The hotel's facilities and services are very good, especially the front desk during the few days we stayed, very enthusiastic, the printing service provided by the hotel is also cheap, lower than most hotels, it is very conscience. There are two large supermarkets next to the hotel, which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot from the business district. The room is rectangular. Only the side where the door is opened has a window, and the other sides are not breathable.

Doesnt look much from the outside but the rooms have been nicely renovated and have everything you need for an over night stay (disregard the slept in beds!). Shared communal kitchen on the ground floor if you dont want to eat out. No elevator so if you dont like stairs ask for a ground floor unit. Walking distance to fast food restaurants and backs onto shopping centre with foodcourt kmart and countdown. 20 minutes or so from airport so close if you need a cheap overnight stay before or after a flight. 2 adults and 2 small children, room was big enough for us all and beds for everyone.

Overall, it was pretty good and very cost effective. Helpful staff. • Luggage storage room available. Laundry service avail on site (4 bucks for washing machine, 4 bucks for dryer & 2 bucks for washing powder), Ironing service was free of charge. • Toothbrush & Toothpaste were available upon purchase @ the reception. Hot water, box fan, kettle, small fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, clean towel, soap, shampoo were all avail. The first two nights I stayed, I had to use a shared bathroom, however, it was very clean. After that I extended my stay where I was moved to another room which included a bathroom. Also, perfect location as it is situated on the busiest street in the city centre where you'll find a lot of restaurants & shops nearby even supermarkets. * The down part was that it gets very noisy at night, you could hear the traffic & people on the street screaming. Plus, the mattress wasn't in its best shape.
