Facilities: High-end famous hotels, complete facilities. I thought that the view room would not be particularly complete, but this one is really good. Hygienic: very clean, toiletries are L'Occitane, the fragrance is very like Environment: Living in the grassland, very quiet, floor-to-ceiling windows are big enough to take pictures, and there is a large terrace. Service: Very good, it was very late when we arrived at the hotel. The people who received us were very warm and welcoming. We drank hot tea in the lobby before entering the room. The luggage was all the reception staff helped us move in. The whole service was very good, warm and caring. In a word, you get what you pay for, and you live happily and comfortably. The product itself has exceeded its own value expectations, so it must be praised.

My trip to Gannan ended, and I've been home for two days now. I have to add this belated review today. Location and Natural Beauty The hotel is nestled on the edge of the Sangke Grassland, offering vast grassland scenery as soon as you step out the door. On our check-in day, the welcoming owner offered to take us for a walk by a nearby stream. Verdant grass lay beneath our feet, dotted with wildflowers, the stream gurgled, and in the distance, cattle and sheep strolled leisurely. It felt like stepping into an untouched natural landscape. This immersive experience, detached from the hustle and bustle of life, was one of the greatest surprises of the trip. Service is in the Details What touched us most was the owner's thoughtfulness. Due to our tight schedule the next day, we planned to depart at 7:30 AM. We had planned to skip breakfast, but the owner specifically inquired about our departure time the night before and prepared a hot breakfast the next morning. Bread, milk tea, and side dishes...the simple fare held the most simple warmth, making us feel like family on a cool morning. This selfless enthusiasm far exceeds expectations of ”hotel service.” Summary This isn't just a hotel offering accommodations; it's a warm, grassland inn. If you're looking for a place on the Sangke Grasslands where you can experience local hospitality, this is definitely worth choosing. The owner's sincerity and the beautiful grassland scenery will be the most unforgettable moments of your trip.

It was really nice. The room was large and clean. There were grasslands all around the window. It was a great view to be able to enjoy from the bed. There were so many wildflowers on the grassland. The owner was very humorous and enthusiastic. And most importantly!! The food was delicious. Everything was tasty. Don't worry. The seven of us ate two meals together and ordered a lot. Not a single one was disappointing.

We checked in quite late last night, and our housekeeper, Xiaoji, contacted us ahead of time with all the necessary information and waited for us. We were so touched! The floor heating in the room was already on, making it very warm and comfortable. We woke up to a shroud of mist, and even saw hares and marmots. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, very rich, delicious, and the coffee was excellent. As we sat by the fireplace, sipping coffee and enjoying breakfast, the hotel manager was always attentive and helpful, even introducing us to nearby attractions. I hear the weather is most beautiful in July and August, so I'd definitely stay a couple more days next time.

The facilities are new and clean, the boss is hospitable, the scenery is pleasant, suitable for relaxation and stargazing. But because there is no air conditioning, it will be a bit cold in early June, and it should be more comfortable in July and August. I will come again if I have the chance.

The last stop of our Gannan trip was also the one that left the worst impression on us. When we first arrived at the hotel, we thought the service was ok. They helped us carry our luggage to the room, but the following experience greatly reduced our experience. When we arrived at the wooden house, someone came to let us ride horses. Because we were in the accommodation area, we thought it was a hotel, so we asked the price of 100 yuan for half an hour of riding in a big circle. There were 6 people riding horses, but we didn't know that they came back in less than 10 minutes. We didn't know where the person who agreed with us went, and we were threatened by the horseman. We found the hotel to help us deal with it, but we could only suffer a loss of 20 yuan to keep things quiet. We were all Tibetans and we were out again. This was the only depressing part of this trip. The room was generally ok. The upper bunk is not easy to climb up, the bathroom smells quite bad, there is nothing to eat around, it is very far, very far, very far from the county town and it is not convenient (Important things should be said three times). In fact, I don’t recommend staying here. Secondly, the hotel breakfast is too late. Since it is a homestay, it should have a sense of service, not catering to your time. The meal is not served until 8:30, which affects the departure. I saw several rooms were pushed with luggage by themselves at 8 o'clock. There was no one at the front desk in the morning of the second phase, so you don’t need to collect the deposit. In the morning, you have to wait for the front desk to refund the deposit, and you have to pull the luggage yourself. I shouted in the group for a long time to drive a tricycle to tow the luggage. In the end, I waited for half an hour before two people came and there was still no car, so the experience here is really bad, and the room rate is still the most expensive

When booking the hotel, I specifically checked other guests' reviews. It still exceeded my expectations. The guesthouse isn't located on the main street, but in an alley, near the Wuzelinka ******* Restaurant. We arrived at the guesthouse on the evening of the 2nd, and it was snowing that night. The owners and their family came out to pick us up—they were incredibly friendly! The two-story rooms were both very clean. Our electric blanket broke, and they bought us a new one the next day. They also always let us know before we went out or when we returned. Breakfast was home-style, with millet porridge, white eggs, etc. On my second day, I caught a cold and experienced some altitude sickness, and the guesthouse owner gave us medicine! In short, I recommend this guesthouse to everyone visiting Xiahe! The only downside was that our trip was a bit rushed, so I didn't take many photos of the guesthouse.

I had a truly unique and enjoyable stay at this campsite. Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but there was also so much to do. During the day, you step right out into vast grasslands with beautiful scenery everywhere you look – perfect for stunning photos. In the evenings, the campsite comes alive with lively bonfire parties, creating a fantastic atmosphere. At night, you can gaze up at a sky full of stars; the view is incredibly open. Overall, it was peaceful and therapeutic, allowing me to relax and have a great time. It's the ideal spot for a relaxing grassland getaway.

This hotel is located on the 18th floor. The entrance was a bit messy, but I really like the hotel. It has a large screen TV, refrigerator, automatic toilet (the bidet didn't work because I wasn't familiar with how to use it), free drinking water, and automatic curtains. It's almost perfect.
