AAnonymous UserThe service was so warm. They even presented us with Hada after we arrived. We were the only family staying in the hotel during the off-season in winter, but the service was not slack at all. The boss turned on the heating in our room in advance and prepared fresh yak yogurt, snacks and many other things. He really cared about us. I originally wanted to eat in the county town, but I ate directly in the hotel, which was also very good.
The whole manor is very large. It is recommended that everyone stay here during the peak season. We will come again.

TtintinAlthough it is a homestay, it is really amazing to us. The newly renovated Tibetan courtyard is very beautiful, the room is large and comfortable, the facilities are of high quality, and oxygen cylinders are also sent. Entering the door, Hada was delivered, homemade yogurt was delivered, and breakfast was Tibetan. I felt that the room was a bit cold at night, and the boss actually instructed to buy three blankets. There was no other disadvantage except that parking was a bit difficult.
There are a lot of food nearby, and it is not far to the Labrang Temple Visitor Center.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in the alley. At first, I didn't find it. I called the front desk. Brother Sanji was very enthusiastic to greet us. In the past two days, he had dinner and picked up and went to Labrang Temple. Brother Sanji drove his small three-wheeled drive to us. It was very good. The lobby is decorated in a trendy style, the rooms are very new and hygienic, the stores are also meticulous, a great stay experience, we will come again in the future!

Location and Natural Beauty
The hotel is nestled on the edge of the Sangke Grassland, offering vast grassland scenery as soon as you step out the door. On our check-in day, the welcoming owner offered to take us for a walk by a nearby stream. Verdant grass lay beneath our feet, dotted with wildflowers, the stream gurgled, and in the distance, cattle and sheep strolled leisurely. It felt like stepping into an untouched natural landscape. This immersive experience, detached from the hustle and bustle of life, was one of the greatest surprises of the trip.
Service is in the Details
What touched us most was the owner's thoughtfulness. Due to our tight schedule the next day, we planned to depart at 7:30 AM. We had planned to skip breakfast, but the owner specifically inquired about our departure time the night before and prepared a hot breakfast the next morning. Bread, milk tea, and side dishes...the simple fare held the most simple warmth, making us feel like family on a cool morning. This selfless enthusiasm far exceeds expectations of āhotel service.ā

A newly opened hotel ļ¼ started to paint a clean ļ¼ after check-in was amazed by the design of the hotel ļ¼ The lobby is very chic ļ¼ The room is clean, bright and tidy ļ¼ The service is also very good and responsive ļ¼ The breakfast every day is very rich ļ¼ Really I am glad to have my own choice ļ¼ and I will continue to š next time.

GGuest UserThe dorm was very clean and equipped with a kettle, which was nice. I was the only guest during my stay. As mentioned in the other reviews, the dorm is located in the basement and you have to walk a bit to reach the toilet.
The āshowerā is located across the front desk. Itās a small room where the hotel is storing their cleaning equipment, so showering there is a quite dirty and unpleasant experience. As there are so many dorms in the basement (I would guess 50+ beds), I wonder how they would handle the situation if the hotel is fully booked.
Overall I would recommend staying there for one night, if you are not picky.

RRaffinettiThe staff and surroundings were excellent. The hotel itself is a mixed bag: a beautiful lobby but the room itself was disappointing: quite dirty, with a desperate need of a renovation. We also received a very dirty towel. The curtains and bed sheets had holes in them.

When I called customer service, my phone was in arrears, so I had to go back and forth to the front desk if I had any problems. One of the bedside lamps was broken. Yes, there was no hot water in the shower. The water temperature was good enough to wash your face, but the shower was really cold. When I asked about it, I was told that the tour group was full (I guess I had to wait for the hot water to be reheated after running out). I could only wait until the middle of the night for the heat to be available. water, but later there was still no hot water. When I got up the next morning, there was still no hot water, so I couldnāt take a shower.

Then there is a small supermarket downstairs. There is also a vegetable and fruit shop across the road. Shopping is convenient. Breakfast is not bad. The disadvantage is that the house is a bit old. Some of the equipment is damaged, such as the door handle of the bathroom. We also encountered the problem of cold water shutdown the next morning. It was said that the main water pipe was faulty and affected the experience. In general, the price/performance ratio is OK.
