The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was pretty good and exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is very quaint and I loved the tasteful, retro decor of the rooms. They were beautiful. The beds are really comfortable, it feels like sinking into a pool of clouds, and I truly had some of the best nights of sleep here. The only flaw was my room’s toilet shower area was not really partitioned at all and every time I showered the whole toilet becomes soaking wet (this is not true for all rooms, I stayed at another room in this hotel before and there wasn’t this problem). The hotel is located within an internal courtyard behind some local apartments, so you get a closer glimpse of some locals living their day to day life too. The staff were also nice and friendly enough. The only con is that the hotel is not exactly located in the main touristy area of Tbilisi, which is on the other side of the river (to get there, you have to walk maybe 30-40 mins or so, or take the nearest metro which is 10 mins walk away). I ended up taking the taxi more as it is pretty affordable. But it is something to bear in mind.

The room is very retro and has a unique design style. The breakfast is also healthy and delicious. I just live near the reception on the second floor. The soundproofing is average.

I stayed at Moxy Tbilisi during my trip to Tbilisi and had a really wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent service and the genuinely welcoming team. I originally booked a room for two, but unfortunately my friend wasn’t able to travel with me. When I mentioned this at the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and changed my room to one that was more suitable for a solo stay, with one bed. I really appreciate it when a hotel listens to its guests and makes an effort to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Another huge plus was the early check-in. I arrived at the hotel in the morning, well before the official check-in time, but my room was already available and they let me check in immediately at no extra charge. After travelling, being able to leave my luggage, take a shower and relax instead of waiting for several hours was incredibly appreciated. Small gestures like this say a lot about the level of hospitality. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also really enjoyed the whole Moxy concept. Check-in takes place at the bar, and you receive a welcome drink upon arrival. I chose a cocktail, and it was genuinely delicious! The hotel itself is modern, stylish and full of energy. There is also a bar and restaurant, as well as a 24/7 Grab & Go option, which is very convenient if you want a snack or a drink at any time. The location on Saarbrucken Square is another big advantage. Many places in central Tbilisi are within walking distance, and getting around by taxi is also very easy. After a busy day exploring the city, it was always nice to come back to such a comfortable and modern hotel. The room itself was also very comfortable, with a modern and functional design, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, good soundproofing and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers daily housekeeping and great Wi-Fi, which is especially useful if you need to get some work done while travelling. Just one disadvantage: there is no fridge in the room. Not so bad, but sometimes it may help. But for me, the biggest advantage of Moxy Tbilisi was definitely the people. A hotel can have a beautiful interior and a great concept, but it’s the way you are treated that really determines how you remember your stay. The team accommodated my room change, allowed me to check in much earlier at no extra cost, and were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A huge thank you to the Moxy Tbilisi team for the wonderful hospitality and for making me feel welcome from the very first morning I arrived in Tbilisi. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly. What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation. I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake. I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior. Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities.

The renovation isn't new, the room wasn't smoky, but it was noisy. The first two nights were quiet, then it became a nightmare. Especially around 4 AM, there was an incredibly loud noise from a garbage truck or something similar. I asked the reception to check if the window had been broken during cleaning, but nothing was ever fixed. The advertised king-size bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Even the mattresses weren't shared; each bed had its own. There was a card on the nightstand that you had to leave on the bed to get the sheets changed. But it was hit-or-miss: one time I left it, and nothing was changed, they didn't even make the bed completely. The next day I left it again, and they did change them. This was noticeable because the duvet cover had a rather impressive grease stain from a squashed moth, the presence of which, by the way, was also not great. Dental kits had to be requested daily at reception. Why can't they be replenished during cleaning if a request has already been made and the staff can see they've been used? Management will probably come up with an excuse, but for the customer, it's incredibly inconvenient. I've never encountered anything like it before.

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

We stayed at the hotel twice: first for 2 nights, and then for one more night 10 days later. The hotel's location is excellent – it's easy to get to all the attractions. The staff is friendly and ready to help. There's a safe and bathrobes provided. We particularly enjoyed the room with a balcony: clean and cozy.

The room facilities and overall environment are quite old, not as exquisite as shown in the pictures. Pros: Clean, hot water comes quickly, good sound insulation, the front desk staff helped carry luggage to the elevator, and the balcony was very comfortable for relaxing. Cons: At least in our room, the air conditioning was very poor, it was cooler to just open the window. The balconies are connected, so if there are many people, the relaxing atmosphere is lost. There were parties with very loud and lively music in the first-floor dining area (but the room's sound insulation was good, so even those sensitive to noise could tolerate it). The check-out inspection was super fast and saved my charger that I almost left behind, which was great.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
