I stayed for 4 days straight, and the facilities and environment were truly excellent. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious and satisfying breakfast, went out to explore during the day, came back in the afternoon for coffee, and in the evening, I indulged in wine tasting, swimming, and sauna. Capped off with a bedtime story, it was a perfectly blissful cycle. The specialty dishes were exquisitely prepared, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Hotel was quite new. Location for us was not ideal as in the middle of the touristic center of the city which meant that there was a lot street noise which meant that it was impossible to sleep with open window and hawking and touting in the streets right outside of the hotel. Beds and breakfast were both excellent, shower looked good but was inadequate as very low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, lighting in the room was also a miss. Personnel very friendly and cooperative and gave us some good advice on where to eat on first night. Building is beautiful and lobby very nice.

No refunds allowed, everyone please read carefully. Even canceling three days in advance is not possible. Don't book if you have travel plans or are likely to change them. Ctrip intervened multiple times to communicate, but the hotel refused to provide a room. Ctrip unilaterally compensated me 200 yuan; it was a booking that cost over 600 yuan.
I don't recommend traveling here in the short term either. There are protests everywhere, and you might even get hit by tear gas. Safety first. There's also a recent mayoral change.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was great for smoking without having to go downstairs. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit bland and not very tasty. The hotel's location isn't in the old town, so it's ideal if you're driving. However, Tbilisi traffic is incredibly congested, and parking near the old streets is really expensive – it cost me about 70-80 RMB for an afternoon.

ZhangxiaoyuThe location is fantastic, and there's plenty to explore nearby. The room was spacious and quiet, and the price was just right. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English slowly and clearly, which made me feel very cared for. It was a huge improvement compared to other hotels where the front desk staff were cold and mumbled. Plus, the front desk attendant was an absolute beauty!
Out of the four hotels I've stayed at in Georgia, this one had the best room and the best service for its good location.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects.
There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable.
My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone.
It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting.
The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests.
On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel.
The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Самсонова НеллиDuring my stay, the spa complex was out of order! We received no information about this, neither when booking nor when checking in ‼️ Why? We were extremely unpleasantly surprised when we opened the door to the spa center and saw construction materials and chaos inside!! For a Pullman network hotel, this is unacceptable!!! Be sure to clarify this before booking.

Anonymous UserOutdated hotel, lots of things need to be fixed
Booked it for outdoor pool and bar side.
Service is slow and mediocre, not really a Radisson level. Casino on the ground level attracts strange people outside at night time.
Restaurant food is ok but pricey

Hotel location is good, just next to Republic Square, take the penultimate stop of the 201 or 100 airport bus from the airport, there is a road full of restaurants, to the airport take the 201 bus stop closer, just behind the hotel on the road.
The room at the end of the hotel aisle is facing the Republic Square, but because the scorpion is on the 11th floor, the scorpion can see the upper part of the square building (lights at night), the others are blocked by the surrounding buildings, and because these buildings are below the 11th floor, they are at the top of the mess.
The room facilities are old, the door lock is a bit inflexible, and you need to manually operate when you close the door; The management is relatively loose. The room is cleaned very late every day. The hottest afternoon is three or four o'clock in the afternoon to prepare for rest. The room has not been cleaned. It usually takes more than five o'clock. One day, it is urged twice to clean. See how they work: take out the trash can, change the bathroom towel and bath towel, Wipe the room tabletop, make the bed, three times - once vacuumed, once wiped the mirror. The bottled water supplement is very sufficient.
The suite booked has a balcony as a highlight, and the visual room area is not as large as the marked one.
More Muslims travel.
Overall, the price is very low.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price.
Breakfast was excellent.
For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David.
Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
