Полина КулWonderful hotel! I was impressed by the elevator with a window overlooking the city. The room design is excellent; everything you need is there. The windows overlooked buildings, unfortunately, but you could also see a beautiful church nearby in the woods, illuminated at night. It was beautiful, so I loved it. The main thing is to close the curtains at night, otherwise the windows look right into the windows.
The buffet is a bit limited, but they made me a personal sausage omelet, which I'm very grateful for. A special ”like” for the pancakes.
Upon check-in, they prepared a gift of a bottle of wine and dried fruit! And for March 8th, they made a cake... It was very nice. Excellent service.

Guest UserWe had a great time! The hotel is within walking distance of all the important attractions. The building and lobby itself look cool: quite well-maintained but authentic.
The room was spacious for two, all the furniture and plumbing were in good condition, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We especially liked the private balcony where it was pleasant to have breakfast or dinner.
I'd like to give a special shout-out to the communication with the manager: they messaged us in advance to confirm our check-in time, sent us instructions for self-check-in, and were always available via messenger for any questions.
The only drawback was the poor soundproofing. In the late hours, we had to talk or watch things very quietly. But this didn't significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Thank you :)

SkjadwaniKraveli Hotel offers a modest yet surprisingly convenient location for travelers. The rooms are spacious, providing ample space to relax, and the scenic view from the first floor enhances the stay. Additionally, the hotel is close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it is a great option for those seeking comfort and accessibility. The owners are very nice; the owner even provided us with an early morning breakfast.

The location is close to Liberty Square, very clean and tidy, recommended. In addition, I arrived late, close to 12 o'clock in the evening, the landlord was very enthusiastic.

Aleksandra07This is a very large hotel with its own parking, which is a significant advantage in Tbilisi. We got huge rooms – one two-room suite with 3 beds, and another single room, also with 3 beds. The linens and mattresses were superb. The breakfast was very modest, but we only saw two other guests besides ourselves, so perhaps that's why. Overall, it's a great option for families and groups.

The fact that it's hard to climb is generally okay
but the fact that some people are constantly accumulating there and making noise, and the room was on the second floor, it's not cool at all, it also happens that someone smokes under the windows.
in the hotel itself, if someone rings the intercom or just quietly communicates in the hallway, it feels like they are communicating right in your room, there is no sound insulation at all. The administrators themselves do not control this in any way, and during the day you can share with all the neighbors in the hotel their grief or happiness from the day, if only you understand their language) The room itself is quite nice and the view is not bad, except that the window overlooks the balcony of the next room and it turns out that if someone is sitting on the balcony, then you either close the windows or are already in their company
There was also a strong smell of dampness from the toilet, and the shower itself did not have a curtain, so you would have to go to the toilet itself after a shower in high slippers or remove the entire tub from the water.
also among the advantages there is a bathrobe, a refrigerator, a microwave, a set of towels, gels and shampoos, which can not but please
I was also very upset with the local Wi-Fi, either slow or very bad.

AAshoo AliRating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)
Stay Dates: July 4 – July 6
Room Type: Standard Twin Room
Guests: 2 Adults
We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.

A great hotel in the city center, everything in a pedestrian accessibility, good breakfast with a beautiful view!
For such a cost it is better not to find.

This review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable.
There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.
