3-Star Hotels in Tbilisi

We had a great time! The hotel is within walking distance of all the important attractions. The building and lobby itself look cool: quite well-maintained but authentic. The room was spacious for two, all the furniture and plumbing were in good condition, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We especially liked the private balcony where it was pleasant to have breakfast or dinner. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the communication with the manager: they messaged us in advance to confirm our check-in time, sent us instructions for self-check-in, and were always available via messenger for any questions. The only drawback was the poor soundproofing. In the late hours, we had to talk or watch things very quietly. But this didn't significantly affect our overall impression of the hotel. Otherwise, everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Thank you :)

Wonderful hotel! I was impressed by the elevator with a window overlooking the city. The room design is excellent; everything you need is there. The windows overlooked buildings, unfortunately, but you could also see a beautiful church nearby in the woods, illuminated at night. It was beautiful, so I loved it. The main thing is to close the curtains at night, otherwise the windows look right into the windows. The buffet is a bit limited, but they made me a personal sausage omelet, which I'm very grateful for. A special ”like” for the pancakes. Upon check-in, they prepared a gift of a bottle of wine and dried fruit! And for March 8th, they made a cake... It was very nice. Excellent service.

Elia is a very caring woman and wants to ensure you have a good time in Georgia. I went in January when it was quite cold, but still the rooms were very cosy. The location is very peaceful and easily walkable to the town. The kitchen also has good amenities. My only problem was there were cats and I have a cat allergy, so make sure to get anti-allergy medication. very cos overall:)

Pros: - the room is big, clean and well equiped - very comfortable mattress - the owners are friendly and helpful - there is a rooftop where you can see the whole city (it seems to be under construction) - breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though) I have no cons, just some observations: - the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt - 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area - Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop. It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

The location is close to Liberty Square, very clean and tidy, recommended. In addition, I arrived late, close to 12 o'clock in the evening, the landlord was very enthusiastic.

Location: The hotel is located in a residential house on a hilltop. The main entrance is hard to find and quite hidden; it's just a hastily written sign on the large iron gate with chalk. Once inside the dilapidated courtyard, you have to carefully find the security door and ring the bell... However, the location itself is very convenient in the old town, with most attractions within walking distance. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is acceptable, at least it looks clean. Environment, Services, and Facilities: Breakfast is not provided. The rooms are small, with a European-style sloping roof window that can be opened. There is heating, a clothes rack, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and bathrobes provided. The soundproofing is poor, but everyone is quiet, so it doesn't disturb rest. There are also shared irons outside. Service: There is no service. Unless you actively request it, the house will not be cleaned at all during your stay. The check-in desk is on the second floor, and your room may be on an even higher floor. Be prepared to carry your luggage up or down one or two wooden stairs yourself; the front desk will not help at all. There are convenience stores and fruit and vegetable shops nearby with reasonable prices, and restaurants as well. You can choose the bolt for taxis, so you don't have to climb up and down the cobblestone streets yourself.

This review is actually for Green Inn because that’s where I was put. The location is great. The room is nice and comfortable. There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.

This hotel is based in a very busy area - with lots of traffic - it’s fairly well priced and has lots of amenities around the place. It is also convenient for the mountains with a mini bus stop some 500 Metres away. The staff were very welcoming and the cleaning staff helpful - reception staff tried to help wherever they could. I would recommend for anyone needing to be in this area or arriving from Kazbegi etc.

A great hotel in the city center, everything in a pedestrian accessibility, good breakfast with a beautiful view! For such a cost it is better not to find.

Didn't check in because I cancelled my trip to Tbilisi. It was no longer possible to cancel the reservation.
