We once again extend our warmest greetings to the 'Jetwing family'. The philosophy of the hotel is palpable everywhere. All staff members made us feel welcome and were always accommodating to our individual needs. Chathurika also frequently checked in on us. Furthermore, the hotel's furnishings are exceptionally aesthetic and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. I stayed a wonderful couple of days at Colombo Court. The hotel is lovely and the room spacious and very comfortable. The staff are really friendly, helpful and there is always someone around if you need anything. I had a wonderful massage at the spa as well, which really added to the luxury experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Huge apartment, 2 bed rooms with full amnities. Breakfast has a lot of selection but taste is bot quite good. Only bekery section doing well. Friendly staff, good location, nice view.

The room was close to the sea with a beautiful sunset view. It was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, offering great value for money. The surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant, and the beach was just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties and Western dishes, catering to different tastes. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and definitely worth revisiting.

Even after I checked out at 12:00 PM, they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel until my airport transfer – a thoughtful gesture that made my travel day so much easier. Unfortunately we were given a room which smelt of cigarette. All rooms are non-smoking but seems this guest didn’t take notice. The hotel were very apologetic and immediately changed our room. Very good service.

We booked for two nights. For me the room size is good there’s only one problem the air condition didn’t function so well. We call the reception to check why it’s not cooling and they responded so quickly. It’s clean and properly maintained. For breakfast, it’s good not so many choices but acceptable.

The view is great, the facilities are satisfactory, the rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly. There's a pool, but the beach is right next door, so it's a nice walk. You can also swim. It's a great place!

I booked this hotel on August 8 and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived at around 9 PM on August 15, the hotel had no record of my booking under my name. It was a really frustrating experience – especially after a long day of travel. I contacted Trip.com customer service immediately, and they worked on it, but unfortunately they couldn't secure a room for me at this property. I had to find another hotel last minute that night. The good news: Trip.com has already reached out to me and confirmed they'll reimburse all my costs. That's a huge relief, and I really appreciate their responsiveness. Despite this one-off glitch, I still trust Trip.com for future travels – these things happen, and they handled it professionally. Since I never actually stayed here, I can't comment on the rooms, cleanliness, or service – so I'm keeping my ratings neutral across all categories. A quick tip for fellow travelers: Always double-check your booking by calling the hotel directly a day before arrival, especially if you're arriving late. Even with confirmation, errors can slip through. That way, you avoid the stress I went through. Overall, I can't recommend or criticize this hotel – I just didn't get to stay. But full credit to Trip.com for stepping up and making things right. Will definitely book with them again.
