"Located in a very quiet neighborhood and Makati CBD. There’s also a mall 300m away and airport is just a 20min ride. Staff are so polite and accomodating. Rooms are clean as well. I just wish they have a resto or a coffee shop. Good overall!"

K i KittyThe apartment was fully equipped, and the beds were clean and odor-free, making it baby-friendly with no sharp edges on furniture. The location was excellent, with a mall and many restaurants nearby. Although the weather wasn't ideal, with a typhoon and heavy rain warnings, we spent most of our time indoors and found it very comfortable and relaxing.
The customer service team was also prompt and polite. When a pipe in the bathroom toilet started leaking during our stay, they sent someone to fix it the next day after we reported it at night. They also took care of a minor air conditioning drip, showing great responsibility.
The only drawback was the poorly designed bathtub area in the suite. There's a wide recess along the edge of the tub that accumulates water, which then flows onto the floor, wetting about a third of the bathroom. While two anti-slip mats were provided, those who prefer a dry bathroom might want to consider this.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

Improvement areas
1. Hotel should have provide basic first aid kit or light medication. My friend had headache and yet, the hotel refused to give him paracetamol. The 7-11 next door doesn't have any and the nearest pharmacy is 15 mins walk away. Paracetamol is not a dangerous or controlled drug, just giving 2 tablets will not do any harm.
2. I wanted to have bfast at the restaurant at the lobby while waiting for my Grab to the airport. There was no one else at the restaurant and yet, the waiter forgot to enter my order for food. I only got my coffee. I waited for long, only to be told the food is not ready. I asked for the bill because my car was arriving and even that took a very long time. I had to go in 2 times asking if the bill was ready.

Guest UserTop notch service lovely reception staff who greets you with a big genuine smile and always helpful to solve any issues you may have. Excellent location and safe, next to a big green park and nearby malls. The room itself is spacious and super clean the sheets are always nice and they do a very good job tidying. There is very little noise from others. The only room for improvement is the smell in the apartment as I’m not sure if its the same in other apartments in the city but it smells a little mouldy/ has a sewage smell and one of the air con was dripping water. We didn’t request a room change since we figured it’s probably because the building itself so the hardware is old, we would still give it a 5 stars stay. The breakfast is with coupons at Nonos which is a restaurant attached to the building the food was delicious but the staff at Nonos was strangely strict with the choice of coffee they serve which is only Long Black coffee allowed for using the breakfast coupon. The saunas were working and hot.

Mary Ann G.When I got to the propery, I realised KL has 3 different property types managed by 3 different groups. They all share the same building amenities but the units and services are miles apart. KL Executive is a bit more pricey than the other two, but their units are fitted with much nicer interiors and equipment. The service is efficient, there is always someone to assist on the other side of phone, 24-hours.
The only issue I had is that in the photo of the room I booked, it was facing the park. I also requested for a room facing the park. But when got to the serviced apartments, I was given a unit facing the back of buildings with a Skyway view.
However KL's location is superb! It has an ATM, a cafe-restaurant and a 7-11 mini-mart and really close to Greenbelt. It is still great value for money!

It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Krizzia AngeliIt was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating.
The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside)
The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy.
We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

The staff and service are excellent — very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well, definitely worth the price. However, the room had a few minor issues: the bathtub was leaking (the grout was removed, causing water to spill on the sides and flood the bathroom), and the sink pipe was also leaking. The hotel could really use some upgrades. It’s not soundproof, so I could hear people passing by outside my room.

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
