This is our third time coming here and it’s been an amazing experience. We enjoyed the convenience, amenities and great location of the suites in Alpha. It is located at a very safe and central area in Makati. We were able to enjoy the skyline of Manila.

YetzqieThe location is not very prime an the pin for the map is a little challenging but the place is a top notch! Very professional staff and very quick turn around time as well. I super love the room, it is very cozy, clean and perfect for resting. They also have a mineral water reserved for those who will checkin. Very neat and thoughtful. It was my birthday that time and I surely had the best bday rest. Thank you, Citadines!

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The rooftop pool offered a nice view. Breakfast was a bit mediocre; it was à la carte instead of a buffet, and the taste was just so-so. The gym had a strong plastic smell.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

YolandaBooking online was easy, and check-in at the hotel was a normal speed. The hotel's surroundings offer complete amenities, so you don't have to go far for food or shopping. The room had all the basic facilities, with all necessary items for a daily stay, and the cleanliness was up to standard. The staff's service attitude was pleasant, and all basic requests were handled smoothly. It's perfectly adequate as a temporary stopover for business trips or travel; the experience was decent, with no major pros or cons.

As a resident of upmarket Makati, this is where I book family when they visit. Rockwell loosely resembles a kind of sovereign enclave within Manila, thanks to its security, excellent gym, and the Power Plant Mall just across the road—while still being moments from everything Makati has to offer.

Guest UserI arrived in the Philippines late at night. My phone was dead, so I asked the front desk to charge it for me, but they didn't even plug it in. They also wouldn't let me use any of the outlets in the lobby. I needed a room card, but to get one, I had to contact the landlord by phone from the front desk. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the check-in process, leading to over an hour of frustrating communication at the front desk. The front desk staff didn't seem very friendly. The room was quite small, and while the city view from the upper floor was extensive, it evoked mixed feelings. The room's amenities were basic, but the cleanliness was good. The dual balconies in the L-shaped corner and the evening breeze offered some small comfort.

Anonymous UserPool at night has mosquitoes. Officer and caretaker failed to inform us about the RFID access cut off time. They leave us waiting for 1.5hours. Very hassle for our parents whos both seniors already. Restroom has a drainage foul smell. Place and room is Ok, minimalist.
