They charged us for towels that we didn’t even use. We only had 1 day booking and we even arrived around 2am. And upon checking they found 4 towels with stains! But, I only use 1 once since my friends didn’t shower at all! And, they even told us that we stayed for more than a night!

It's too much. There was terrible and loud weird music from 7-10pm, as loud as a radio. I thought it would stop during the break, but it started again from 4-7am... When I booked the room, I saw that there was sunlight in the picture, or maybe we were not reminded when booking the room. Some rooms have dark and gloomy dining rooms outside the windows. We were not aware of it at all. It's too much, and the atmosphere is very weird. It makes people feel uncomfortable. The elevator is hard to press, the faucet in the bathroom is hard to turn on, the bedside light is white, and there is a mirror. It's really weird to look in the mirror. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in since I came to Bali. I didn't sleep all night. I canceled the second night and booked another hotel.

The price is reasonable, there is a big pool, and it is close to the airport!
The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was great as I could feel Balinese!
It would be even better if there were indoor slippers and ample amenities (conditioner, razor, makeup remover, etc.)☺️
