LLvsusudebanbanmaoCao Su almost satisfied all my imaginations of a secluded countryside, with a quiet village, trickling water, stone walls and green tiles, and bamboo forests rustling in the wind. Unlike Beijing, where I live, the mild and humid countryside in the south of the Yangtze River touched me almost instantly.
Back to Cao Su, the owner Shuicao is enthusiastic and gentle, the aunt in the store is kind and amiable, and the two dogs in the yard, Xiaohei and Heijian, are extremely smart and well-behaved. The best mornings and nights here are when you can stroll around the village or sit in the yard and read after eating the healthy breakfast prepared by the aunt in the morning. At night, you can listen to the chirping of insects and lie on a recliner to watch the stars in the sky. Returning to nature is really realized here.
This morning, I left the store and returned to Beijing. Xiaohei and the aunt were not sent to the village entrance by me. I think I will come back, because Cao Su not only has scenery, but more importantly, it has human touch.

FflyinglinlinThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The service was exquisite. Before I even left Zhoushan, they contacted me via WeChat to inquire about my estimated arrival time and turned on the air conditioning in advance. Upon arrival, since cars couldn't be driven to the entrance, the butler and his assistant were waiting at the alleyway entrance, creating a feeling of welcoming guests home. The room was tastefully decorated, and entering the courtyard instantly calmed my restless heart. Located next to the famous Ziyang Ancient Street, the guesthouse is a perfect oasis of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. The ”cat butler's” calm demeanor was infectious, making me passively quiet down. I couldn't help but fall in love with this place and with Linhai. The butler and his assistant's tone of voice was also very calming. I highly recommend staying for a few days; it's a true cultivation of one's character.

Watch the sunset over the sea of clouds, taste Hangzhou delicacies, and enjoy the shining stars. All the beauty is just right.
At night, the surroundings are quiet. Only the sound of the wind blowing from the distant valley and the cicadas in the fields can be heard. Before you know it, your heart has completely calmed down, forgetting the hustle and bustle of the city and the troubles of the world.

GGuest User📍 Fantastic Ambiance: The 539-year-old camphor tree in the hotel's courtyard is an absolute ”treasure of the house.” Its lush green stature gives the hotel a unique historical charm. A morning stroll under the tree makes time feel like it slows down.
💁 Top-Notch Service: The butler service deserves a huge shout-out! Their response time was incredibly fast, truly ”answering every question.” They not only offered great travel advice but also meticulously arranged our daily needs, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming.
🥣 Dining Experience: Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, featuring all local specialties. We didn't need to search for guides to enjoy authentic Linhai flavors, starting the day off with great energy. The evening bar service was also good, with well-made cocktails. The reading room had a wonderful, quiet, and elegant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.
📝 Minor Drawback: Just a small suggestion – while the bar's service and drinks are excellent, there isn't a non-smoking section. This slightly detracts from the experience for non-smoking guests.
Overall, the minor flaw doesn't overshadow the positives. It's a hotel with warmth and style, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Linhai!

When you reach out and touch, you can feel the gentleness of nature. Even small objects such as tea sets and fruit plates are not vague, and the design is full of sense. I lived in on Sunday, the off-season arrived, there was almost no one in the village, very quiet, the next day she took her young son to go out to pick up the courier, and sent us to Xiaozhi Mangrove Forest a few kilometers away for a walk. Dinner is made by the aunt of the hotel, saying that it is the aunt of the village. The cooking is really delicious, home-cooked, not greasy but very tasteful.

The homestay is an old couple who are taking care of it. There is no service of a brand hotel. It is more casual to live in the house. The facilities are complete. You can also take the kayaking of the homestay to play in the stream. It is simply refreshing.

GGuest UserThe sanitation and environmental services are okay, but I want to say something about the projector. I saw a joke on the Internet saying that projectors are easy to project incorrectly. I didn't expect it to happen to me. Suddenly at night, the projector started to play songs. After exiting, it started to play songs again. Two times it was normal music, and the third time it was a spooky ghost movie soundtrack. It was obvious that the wrong projection was intentional. I hope you can improve the projector. If the wrong projection in the middle of the night can scare people to death.
