We’re located just two kilometers from Filmpark Babelsberg, one of the world's oldest large surface film studios. Einstein Tower, Sanssouci Palace, and UNESCO World Heritage City of Potsdam are within 12 minutes of us. Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) is a 34-minute drive. Enjoy on-site dining, pet-friendly rooms, and our fitness center.
"The hotel is very modern and also very quiet unfortunately the climate doesn't really cool, but otherwise everything is perfect. Breakfast is also very diverse."

GGuest UserVery good breakfast. Good location. Parking is inside of hotel, but limit spots(8). Parking on the street (hotel front door), is free from ~6pm-8am. Other time will be 1.5 € ／hour.

LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

GGuest UserThe surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

GGuest UserDue to an error in the reservation system, there was no room available upon arrival (despite written confirmation of the reservation number).
As the hotel was full, the front desk arranged another hotel for us. Although the situation is not satisfactory, we thank you for your kind and active support.
