Amazing
WWingStefanieThe room was quite spacious. There were coffee beans in the drawer, so we could enjoy coffee and admire the snowy view from our room during the heavy snow. The front desk staff on the first floor were very polite and answered all our questions. Given the cold weather, the free-flow coffee, made with famous Hokkaido coffee beans, was a nice touch. Dinner was at the second-floor restaurant, featuring simple appetizers, a beef hot pot, and all-you-can-eat sushi. I'm not sure if it was because of New Year's Eve, but the service was incredibly slow; several Japanese groups who arrived after us had already finished their meals, and we had only been served three dishes. On the ninth floor, there are three private baths, which were very comfortable for my family to relax and chat in. There's ice cream available for self-service on the tenth floor. After 9:30 PM, the hotel offers warm and comforting ramen, which was a thoughtful touch. There's a convenience store right across from the hotel, and the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses are about a five-minute walk straight ahead. Next door, there's a yakiniku restaurant. I initially thought we wouldn't find any hot food open on New Year's Day, but surprisingly, it was open and there was no queue. For that alone, I'd give it a big thumbs up!
YYinyuecangyingAdvantages: The house is very popular, the interior layout is also very tasteful, like his fireplace is very interesting, the location is not bad, it is very convenient everywhere.
Disadvantages: Although there are two air conditioners and an air conditioner fan, it basically does not work if you donโt order the fireplace. Although there is red wine, we didnโt see the bottle opener. The cleaning was poor. The bed we slept in had stains. Another feeling was not changed. There were residual stains under the toilet seat. Slippers were a bit old and Some people need to be careful when sliding upstairs. The quilt is a single person. It is not very comfortable to be covered by two people. The mattress is also old.
Summary: I am still satisfied with staying for three days. I like the feeling of burning in front of the fireplace.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic! It's super close to Hakodate Morning Market, squid fishing shops, Hakodate JR Station, and popular restaurants, offering a wide variety of dining options. It's also not far from other attractions. Great value for money, perfect for a family trip.
ใฎใฎใใฎใI stayed for the first time.
Check-in was late around 21:00, but I was able to respond with a smile. However, it was a pity that I missed the alcoholic drink service in the lobby.
The room was still large and easy to use. The bed width is 156 cm, so it's big enough for me to sleep next to it.
As for breakfast, the main menu was colorful salad. The corn soup was very tasty and delicious at first sip, but the amount was large and the latter half felt a little heavy. The bread was very delicious.
It is a recommended hotel for sightseeing, of course, but also for relaxing alone.
