Outstanding
LLiuThis was a very clean and nice unit. It's right on the ocean, and within short driving distance of most destinations in Hakodate. We spent 2 nights here but would've loved to stay longer. The house is very clean, well-decorated, and the internet is very very quick. It was my favourite place to stay during our roadtrip throughout Hokkaido.
One small annoyance is there is some construction on the lot nearby, but that noise only occurs during work hours.

駐車場あり、バイクも停められました。
赤レンガに歩いて10分程度でとても景観がよく、着いた途端に外観も可愛くて嬉しくなりました。
大阪弁のオーナーさんとにこやかな奥様がとても落ち着く雰囲気のペンションです。
お風呂も23時ギリギリでしたが、快く入浴させて頂きました。朝の散歩にも良い立地です。
朝コーヒーのみお願いして美味しかったです。
また函館に来る時には泊まります。

Check-in is done on the terminal installed on the wall of the building, but I called the management company, but it didn't go well, and the staff came to the inn on the second phone and solved it.
The family who arrived before me was not able to check in, but the staff came and wanted to solve it

GGuest UserA typical family's Japanese-style homestay, small second floor, the boss family is carefully operated, decorated in Japanese Western style. Public toilets are very convenient. It is very close to Hakodate Station, and it is very convenient to eat and drink!

Low 々 Unfortunately, the walls are thin. It would have been nice if the soundproofing material was further included.
Still, I would like to stay if I have another chance.

RRaymond_TangThis is a Japanese love hotel, for adults only. Location is remote, but not difficult to find. There is a dedicated parking for each room, very high privacy. Room rate was very low, and breakfast was included, surprise! May be a bit inconvient if you cannot speak any Japanese in case you need help.

GGuest User酒店距離JR函館站400米，非常近，走路幾分鐘可抵達美思佰樂超市。酒店是一棟獨立的樓，一樓有餐廳咖啡廳前台公共休息區，公區佈置很温馨能看出老闆用心經營。房間沒有衞生間沒有淋浴間，公共衞生間洗漱間及淋浴間洗衣房都在三樓，房間有電視空氣凈化器及電熱水壺冰箱，是榻榻米。洗澡間很冷，4月底的天如果獨自洗澡仍然很冷，所以第二晚我花錢去了大眾澡堂洗澡。到了晚上酒店周圍比較暗，看起來有點荒涼，酒店公區和走廊晚上感覺有點瘮人，主要是看不到有人，我住的時候衹在早晨刷牙遇過人，其他時間看不到有人。衞生間很乾凈，但我還是傾向於房間內自帶衞生間。

However, the location of the hotel is super good. It takes less than 4 minutes to get off at the JR station. The opposite is Hakodate. It is also one kilometer away from Hakodate.
