"They booked a hotel for a couple of days and paid for the app.As a result, when they arrived, we were offered 1 double bed , although the voucher indicated 2.Other visitors faced the same problem that day.That is, to solve the problem , which was created by the hotel management , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours!
