"I had an excellent stay and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Kul was exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even managing to find me a spare charger after I realised I had left mine at home. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really demonstrated the excellent level of customer service provided. Room 139 was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented and well maintained, making it a pleasure to stay in. Everything was well organised, and the room had a fresh, comfortable feel to it. The attention to detail and overall standard of cleanliness were particularly impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. The combination of a spotless room and genuinely outstanding customer service made my stay all the more enjoyable.
