I have stayed here many times, and the environment is as attractive as ever. There were a lot of people during the May Day holiday, and the hotel was fully booked, but the reception capacity was good, the service was not compromised, and it was very quiet at night, without the worry of noise. During dinner, there was a barbecue party in the park, and there were coupons for check-in, which was very good. I woke up early and saw an outdoor wedding, which was very beautiful. The breakfast was slightly underprepared due to the large number of people, and there was no milk or other things, but the staff was working hard to solve it.

The service at this hotel is really great! The two guys at the front desk had really good service and were very enthusiastic. They helped me solve my problems and meet my needs in a timely manner. I booked a twin bed. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and warm, and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, as well as several small restaurants to choose from, and the transportation is also very convenient. , there is a bus at the door.

Overall good reviews. Xiao Gao, a staff member, added WeChat before check-in and provided one-to-one service, which was very good. There were timely answers to the problems encountered and responses to opinions and suggestions. Hotel itself:
Advantages:
1. The swimming pool is very clean and not deep, suitable for children.
2. The breakfast is very rich.
3. The parent-child area is suitable for children to spend time.
4. There are enough parking spaces in the parking lot and charging piles.
Disadvantages:
1. Check-in is super slow, maybe it is because the cleaning is more careful. I don’t quite understand why the information entry is also super slow. Domestic brand hotels don’t have so much information to enter. Travelers have been busy to the hotel, and it’s really painful to wait for check-in. I went there at 13:00 and said that the room was not ready. I waited until about 13:40 to finish. The employees are also very hard-working and have a good attitude. Managers should think about it, don’t toss employees, don’t toss customers, and don’t think it’s shameful to learn from domestic brands.
2. The charging piles are obviously occupied by gasoline vehicles. Although there are plenty of parking spaces, the charging piles are close to the elevator, so gasoline vehicles occupy the charging piles.

Overall it's pretty good. Special thanks to the housekeeper Corey Yanchen. He contacted us in advance to ask if he had any needs. He also specially helped to upgrade the family room, prepared children's supplies for the little ones, and gave them small gifts when checking out. , a big thumbs up to Corey. The charging standards for outdoor entertainment projects are a bit embarrassing, but it is understandable that they are all private contractors. You can choose freely. Location and traffic: I found the location after a few kilometers off the highway. It is not far from the Great Wall, so it is easy to find.

JJulian PeensThis is a beautiful hotel situated in the mountainous region of Beijing. The surroundings and view from the hotel are breathtaking at sunset and weather was extremely good during our stay.
STAFF
The staff were amount the most helpful and friendly that I have encountered in China thus far and I have been here more than five years and traveled to many destinations. They do not speak English but are very ready to use a translation APP or WeChat to communicate. The staff are very accommodating and even took special requests regarding the menu.
FOOD
The food was very well prepared and tasted delicious. Their menu unfortunately does not have pictures and the translations may be tricky if you are not particularly familiar with Chinese cuisine. Nevertheless, the food that we at was fresh, tasty and of high quality. We were able to BBQ by ourselves by reserving it a day in advance. The staff will also help you BBQ if needed.
LOCATION
The hotel is situated far from the city and a sense of comfort can be experienced knowing that you have left the hustle and bustle of the city behind. However, make sure all amenities and personal effects that you may need are with you as you cannot get same day delivery services. There were some construction vehicles which made noise occasionally in the area but I would suspect this is temporary and will soon pass.
ROOM
The rooms are beautiful and we experiences no dysfunctional amenities in the bedroom. The linen on the beds were crisp and clean, the room was clean upon arrival and daily cleaning is offered. Overall cleanliness was very good. The washroom area is stocked with a loofa, toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, razor, hand towels, cups and reasonable space for personal toiletries too.
POOL AREA
The outdoor patio looks out onto the pool. The water was well maintained and some pool toys were provided by the hotel. The pool area could use some maintenance, for example, around the stairs there are a couple loose tiles on the stair face and some weeding around the footpath could be done. Other than this, the environment is completely mesmerising and leaves one completely relaxed. Calming music is played throughout the day at a low volume. At night, this area is well lit and the scenery beautiful.
BAR
The bar is well stocked with spirits but a slightly wider variety and maybe the addition of a drinks menu would definitely improve this.
ROOFTOP
The hotel has a rooftop deck perfect for sundowners and viewing the surrounding mountains. Tables and chairs are provided on the rooftop.

DdyhxMy first Orange Hotel stay and it's exceeded my expectations. Being a local chain known for its budget style, I was imagining Ibis type but it turned out much better. The hotel looks old from the outside but this being a newly opened one, everything inside looked clean and modern. Smart lifts where my room level is automatically detected once the card is scanned. I got a smart room that's controlled by Xiao Du小度 (their equivalent of Siri / Alexa). I had fun commanding Xiao Du to adjust the aircon temperature and switching on/off the TV, lights and even the curtains. They also have a food delivery robot and provide free self service laundry facilities. There's a small gym here which I didn't use. The room is a little small for 2 pax but more than comfortable for 1. The standing shower and toilet is separated and both of good size. The bed is firm and pillows comfy. Bottled water, mini fridge, tea bags are provided. Basic shower amenities are also provided, along with a pack of disposable toothbrush and comb at check in. I like the open wardrobe concept and they provide many hangers here including the clip ones. It's a rather basic hotel in general but certainly value for money. There are also quite some eateries along the street just a few mins walk from the hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I visit.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

However, I might not choose this hotel.The worst Manxin I had stayed. U can find other cheap hotels nearby.
While I was checked in, the frontdesk asked me for paying upgrade. After I refused, he became impatient.He even didn't tell me hotel facilities.
In hotel, You can smell smoke in hotel corridor.And I found a cigarette butt on lifting lobby. That means the hotel don't have a well management.
The last thing I would like to complain is efficiency. My booking didn't include meal.Sometimes I ordered food delivery myself.
The delivery didn't pass to me after it had been arrived 20 mins. I called to frontdesk. They just said they were busy at that moment. Would give it to me later. About 15 mins waiting, I decided to take the delivery myself. They put it on a easy take way, and didn't check wtih my room number or my identity.That means others can take my delivery easily.These happened three times.
Because of this bad experience, I cannot trust Manxin anymore.

HHannahAmazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries.
The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

AAH 86I had a wonderful stay with my little one.
The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived and so patient when I had an issue checking in.
My daughter also took part in a cake decorating class during our stay and she thoroughly enjoyed.
The pool was quite large for hotels in Beijing, and the gym met needs.
Yael on the front desk, Andy for in room dining, Paolo and the team at Dacappo restaurant made our stay comfortable down to the last detail. The breakfast had enough choice, and the in-room dining portions were generous.
We will be recommending to friends, but will also come back again 😃

Highlight was the bath. The aircon did not work properly and was a very uncomfortable stay with it being too hot in the room.

AAnonymous UserAircon didn't work, have to suffer in a stuffy environment for 3 days. Was told that the aircon system broke down for awhile and they didn't fix it. No daily clean up service provided, items in the room were not changed although cleaning was provided. No solution to the problem was provided by the hotel, had to do everything by yourself. Location was good 3 mins from the subway although entering the street can be troublesome as there is a security counter at the entrance of street and had to use passport to enter.
