⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your prompt responses, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to LeJoy Hotel the next time we’re in Beijing! The room was very clean. There's a century-old tree in the courtyard, and the courtyard itself is very comfortable. It's also very close to the subway, which is super convenient.

This is a very mature and well-run hotel. What I experienced wasn't just warmth, but rather well-organized and professional service. The rooms are incredibly spacious; I booked a family room and even with an extra bed, it still felt very roomy for the guests. Any requests were handled quickly. When we entered the lobby, the supervisor immediately recognized us. Even though the front desk was busy, the supervisor promptly arranged for staff to assist us. The same goes for breakfast in the restaurant; the staff were incredibly efficient. Despite a large number of diners, they managed to find suitable seating for everyone, and tables were cleared very quickly. Many foreign guests stay here, and even the younger staff were able to communicate effectively, earning praise from guests – I witnessed one guest specifically shaking hands with a staff member after breakfast to thank them. The swimming pool water was also very clean, with daily test results posted. Even those not swimming were asked to wear shoe covers, showing great attention to detail. The two complimentary drinks in the lobby were also delicious. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. It's very close to Metro Lines 2 and 4. The nearby mall, and the 'Fang Zhuan Chang Zhajiangmian' (a famous noodle place) usually has a long queue at Guozijian, but here there's no waiting. Also, Sanyuan Meiyuan and Wuyutai's ice cream are available without queues, which truly adds value to the trip. I am extremely satisfied with this hotel!

Our family came for a trip and saw online that the hotel's location was great, and it truly lived up to its reputation. It's very close to Niujie, where we tried many snacks, especially the test lamb skewers which were excellent. The hotel was quite busy during the holiday, and the kids loved the pool. Alina at the front desk gave us some treats, which made them very happy.

Our stay in the twin room with a window was absolutely fantastic! The high ceilings made the room feel incredibly spacious and airy, with no hint of claustrophobia. Being away from the street meant there was zero outside noise, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful environment for relaxation. The Land Rover mattresses were just right – not too soft, not too firm – providing a stable and comfortable sleep that truly enhanced our rest. The room was equipped with a fresh air system, keeping the air consistently clean, and the bedding was impeccably clean and crisp, feeling lovely to the touch. All the hotel facilities were immaculately maintained and looked brand new, really showing the owner's dedication. The staff were warm, attentive, and handled all our requests efficiently. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; taking the subway or catching a taxi right outside saves so much time and effort. I highly recommend this place for your travels!

Staying at the Xuanwumen Business Hotel with my kids was a really pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. It was dry and tidy, not damp at all, which made for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, and check-in was efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The hotel breakfast had a great variety, perfect for kids' tastes, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a truly reassuring place to stay when traveling with family. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip.

I booked this hotel for an elderly client, choosing it over the Ritz. Overall, it was pretty good, but it wasn't quite the experience described in the reviews where everything was supposedly pre-arranged with prior contact. On the day of check-in, I proactively contacted the hotel three hours beforehand to ensure everything would go smoothly. We checked in around 12 PM, foregoing the room upgrade included in the booking. A big thank you to Eleca Daisy, who added me on WeChat and arranged a suitable room. I also requested and received a simple meal at the lounge, and she agreed to extend our check-out time to the absolute limit of 24 hours. Many of the subsequent details felt beyond her normal duties, and I tried not to bother her too much. I hope the service at this Financial Street location can improve, especially since I wasn't physically present and couldn't afford any mistakes. I saved Eleca's WeChat for future visits. I booked breakfast on the first floor. I didn't receive any feedback on the room's cleanliness or facilities, so no news is good news, I suppose. I've shared three photos of the lounge for anyone looking for a realistic reference.

The hotel's location is great, and the navigation was spot on, making it easy to find. The room was clean and tidy, but quite small, which I guess is due to the high land prices in Beijing, haha!

We are a family of 3 and stayed for 4 nights. Upon arrival the gentleman at the reception, Mr Sun, has been very efficient in adding the extra bed for our room, which was very helpful - thank you! The hotel is at the center of Beijing and very convenient, the taxi can take you right to the front entrance, as well as being close to the underground (just under 100/200 meters) and shopping malls nearby (so we are spoiled with choice of restaurants). There is a very good restaurant famous for dim sum on the ground floor of the hotel and we had our breakfast there😊. The hotel is surprisingly quiet and we had very good sleep considering we had three full on sight seeing days (including climbing greatwall). Very clean/fresh room with powerful but quiet air conditioning which is great relief for hot summer night. I believe the hotel was refurbished not long ago (2 years ago?) so all new and in working order. Overall a lovely stay, highly recommend and we will definitely return in future!

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Tiananmen Square. The room was spacious and even had a bathtub, which was great for a relaxing soak. My child was so happy as soon as they walked in! However, for a family room, I think kids' toothbrushes should be provided automatically instead of guests having to request them. Also, the bottled water provided was 'Bing Lu', which felt a bit cheap considering the price of over 1000 yuan per night. I'd expect better quality water for that price point. Other than that, everything else was perfect!
