Our stay at the Quentin Design Hotel Berlin was a huge disappointment. When we checked in, we already indicated that we would like our rooms cleaned the next day. Despite repeated requests, both through the "Clean Room" button and in person at the reception, our rooms were not cleaned.
The rooms themselves were in a miserable condition: dirty shower curtains, an open ventilation cover, no working WiFi and no water in one of the rooms in the morning. The worst thing, however, was that when it was raining heavily, it even ran down the elevator.
A 4-star hotel should definitely offer better. We cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances and are more than disappointed with our stay.
This experience was simply unacceptable.
