Amazing service from front desk! Was greeted warmly everyday by front desk. Complimentary porridge breakfast provided daily from 7am-9.30am. The room was small but cozy, had all we need. Best tip was that it was just a few mins walk away from Omiya subway station AND many bus stations. Water pressure was perfect. Had an DIY onsen-like bath on the last day. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Booked it in a rush and couldn’t be more satisfied. I was more pleased that this was a my 4 night stay in Kyoto during my Japan trip this year. The style of the room is a modern traditional Japanese room, with tatami inspired floor for the bed area, separating the entrance and wash areas. The main bed is raised so there’s plenty of room underneath to store multiple luggages. I loved that there is a small wooden folding table that has its own wall hanger when not used. The toilet is also separated from the shower/tub room, and wash area with a sink and large mirror. Each area had its own sliding door. Extra toiletries available in the main lobby included bath salts, which was perfect for relaxing in the tub after hiking Mount Inari to the top. I was solo travelling but booked a 2 person room as that was the only one available at the time, and the price was just right.

Excellent hotel. Very conveniently located, close to two metro stations, the castle, plenty of coffee shops, bars, and a wonderful shopping street. Around the corner is a 24-hour diner with reasonable prices. There's an automatic bike rental station at the hotel entrance (cashless payments only). The hotel provides toothbrushes, combs, disposable razors, and tea. Public microwaves are available on three floors. The room includes a kettle, mini-fridge, slippers, robes, and shower essentials. Comfortable mattresses and orthopedic pillows are available. An iron is available free of charge. Laundry is available for an additional fee. If you don't smoke and can't stand the smell of nicotine, don't book a smoking room; there's a slight nicotine odor.

The hotel was at a good walking distance from Teramachi and the station. 
The hotel looked nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious especially compared to other Japanese accomodations. The shower had massage functions. 
The breakfast boxes were a delicious bonus. Would book again.

The room was very clean and beautiful, perhaps because it was new. Amenities and tea were available at the front desk, and there was even a space where you could drink coffee. The staff at the front desk were very polite, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

It's clean and tidy, the size is moderate, the facilities are maintained like new, the location is convenient, the front desk staff is friendly and professional, I will stay here again next time.
