Amazing service from front desk! Was greeted warmly everyday by front desk. Complimentary porridge breakfast provided daily from 7am-9.30am. The room was small but cozy, had all we need. Best tip was that it was just a few mins walk away from Omiya subway station AND many bus stations. Water pressure was perfect. Had an DIY onsen-like bath on the last day. Definitely recommended!

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to famous spots and very easy to walk around. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the coffee machine and one of the two washing machines were out of order during my stay. I hope these facilities will be fixed and work better for my next visit. Overall, a good experience!

Excellent hotel. Very conveniently located, close to two metro stations, the castle, plenty of coffee shops, bars, and a wonderful shopping street. Around the corner is a 24-hour diner with reasonable prices. There's an automatic bike rental station at the hotel entrance (cashless payments only). The hotel provides toothbrushes, combs, disposable razors, and tea. Public microwaves are available on three floors. The room includes a kettle, mini-fridge, slippers, robes, and shower essentials. Comfortable mattresses and orthopedic pillows are available. An iron is available free of charge. Laundry is available for an additional fee. If you don't smoke and can't stand the smell of nicotine, don't book a smoking room; there's a slight nicotine odor.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Location was also convenient with easy access to nearby shops and food. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Considering the incredibly low price, the room size was more than enough for one person. It was a pleasant surprise to have a separate bath and toilet, which is rare for a business hotel. I was also happy to find the 'Pillow That Doesn't Need a Sheep' (Hitsuji no Iranai Makura), which I'd been curious about after seeing it on social media recently. There's a shared lounge on the first floor with a coffee maker and water server, which I made good use of every morning and evening during my two-night stay. It was also a great help that they stored several of my bags after check-out until the evening.

The front desk staff were very kind. It was a typhoon day, and there was a possibility that the bullet train wouldn't be running the next day, so I asked if I could extend my stay. They cheerfully looked into it for me, which I really appreciated (although the bullet train ended up running, so I didn't need to extend my stay).

It's clean and tidy, the size is moderate, the facilities are maintained like new, the location is convenient, the front desk staff is friendly and professional, I will stay here again next time.
