Excellent
FFelivxThe overall quality is of a high standard, especially the laundry room is excellent, and the process and service are efficient. However, the air conditioning is not satisfactory, and there is a gap between temperature control and comfort, which affects the quality of daily living and rest. Whether this situation is a common problem for all Xinjiang hotels still needs to be further verified. If the hotel can optimize the performance and adjustment of air conditioning, the overall experience will be improved.
Aalan_jinI booked two different room types for the same price, and the hotel later combined them for me. The hotel has a great location and nice decor. Besides complaining about the breakfast in another review, I'd also like to complain about the late cleaning for extended stays. It felt like they wouldn't replace the bathroom supplies unless I urged them... Kuqa is a great place, more fun than Kashgar. The nearby Kuqa Palace, Kuqa Grand Mosque, Khezil Thousand Buddha Caves, beacon towers, and ancient temple ruins are all worth visiting to experience the impact of East-West exchange and the transition between Buddhism and Islam.
GGuest UserCtrip indicated that the hotel had charging stations, but upon arrival, I was told they couldn't be used because they hadn't passed a fire safety inspection. They claimed the charging stations listed on Ctrip were due to the app's limitations and that I could borrow a private charging station instead. The parking lot was haphazardly parked, with one car occupying two spaces, and security was practically nonexistent. During my complaint to Ctrip, the hotel repeatedly insisted they were not at fault, stating that the front desk manager told me it was a private charging station, so how did it become a standard hotel charging station? Is it so hard to admit a mistake?
CChenneOne of the biggest surprises of my May Day trip to Xinjiang is staying at this hotel in Kuche. It is a well-established four-star hotel with a grand lobby, warm service, large rooms, and meticulous hygiene. The hotel also has an excellent geographical environment and many delicious foods nearby. I recommend it to friends who want to travel to Kuche, and it will definitely be worth the trip.
ZZhangxuanlinTOMThe hotel is located in the Kuqa New District, surrounded by many hotels. The hotel has its own parking lot. The rooms are large, but the facilities are a bit old. There is only one elevator. It is about 6 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is easy to get a taxi and the price is about 10 yuan. It is very convenient to eat around the hotel, but it is not as cost-effective as the old city. I feel it is a bit expensive and not that delicious. The hotel has a contracted travel agency, and it is a bit noisy when checking in at night. You must avoid them for breakfast, you know.
AAhuoyuThe hotel rooms are very spacious. The lobby on the first floor also looks very luxurious. The only drawback is the hotel's breakfast, which tastes really average. I hope the hotel's catering department will equip the fried egg stand with a range hood. A small fried egg stand makes the whole restaurant full of oil smoke, which makes people feel uncomfortable as soon as they enter the restaurant.
__WeChat236012****The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7 RMB taxi ride from Kuqa Old City Reistan Pedestrian Street. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also an 800-meter walk to the Grand Naan Museum. The hotel entrance is modest, but the interior is modern. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and courteous. All guests receive complimentary snacks and free bottled water. From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, there's free porridge and side dishes, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch that truly makes guests feel at home. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable, soft mattresses and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and varied. There's also a free parking lot, making it ideal for road trippers.
GGuest UserWe were a group of three traveling by car, and there weren't many suitable room types. However, the Huayue Hotel was the best hotel for our ten-day Xinjiang road trip, and the price was right. The hotel also provided a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient for us road trippers.
The location is also great, with a night market nearby and easy access to the highway out of the city.
PPPPIG24The boss and his wife are very good, there is a free pick-up, it is best to ask where the car is more convenient before coming, because this is the old town, the car can not drive directly to the door, if the wrong place is parked, the road will be a little farther, pull luggage is not very convenient. (about two or three minutes walk)
Open the door directly to go shopping, belonging to the downtown area...
There is delicious handmade yogurt at the door
