"Traveling with my parents, our main requirements were spaciousness, cleanliness, and warmth. The two-bedroom suite we booked was very spacious, and the washbasin had two sinks, which was very convenient. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. They responded to any questions immediately. For the air conditioning, make sure to select the heating mode first, then press the auxiliary heating button, or ask the butler to adjust it for you. It's been quite cold lately, so we needed to use the heating mode. With the air conditioning on, it was very warm. The two-bedroom suite had two large beds and two air conditioners. There were candles in the common area at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. In summer, the swimming pool in the common area would be even more beautiful for photos."

"I'm not a shill, but I highly recommend it! First of all, the public area and toilet in the room are very clean, and the auntie cleans every day. The location is very good, just opposite the alley of Qiuci, and not far from the attractions in the city. The decoration of the house is very unique, it's very interesting to live in the room, and it's super cool to sit in the yard and chat and eat! The most important thing is that the atmosphere is really good, the boss and the clerk are super nice, and all the brothers and friends I met are very good. I stayed for three days and ate or shared meals every day (it was super delicious Han food, friends who want to eat vegetables and Han food are saved 😭, and I also ate zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival), and I also took the brother's car to visit attractions outside the city. "Come to Kuqa, this is the place to stay! The complimentary sauna is excellent. Take a shower and steam on the basement level, then rinse off and steam again on the third floor – so relaxing, it really lifted my spirits. The complimentary breakfast is quite plentiful, but unfortunately, there's very little meat. The meatiest thing is the two pieces of beef in the beef noodles, followed by smoked duck, and finally the eggs. The milk is white but a bit watery. The cantaloupe is incredibly sweet. The room has a somewhat basic smart home system, but it's still quite comfortable. The projector is huge and great for watching movies. For this price, it's excellent value for money."

3. The central air conditioning in the rooms is remarkably quiet – arguably the quietest in all of Southern Xinjiang. Even on the lowest fan setting, it produces virtually no noise, which is a huge benefit for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise at night.
## Cons:
1. The quality of service has noticeably declined since the hotel's initial opening.
2. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the room's drain.
3. The towels provided were old and worn, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was of very poor quality.
4. The laundry room and gym are awkwardly crammed into a single small space with insufficient equipment. With only two washing machines, guests often have to wait in line until the early hours of the morning to do their laundry. It would be much more practical to remove two treadmills and add more washing machines."

The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful and open until 11:00 AM, there's parking right in front of the hotel and underground, and there are restaurants nearby. The lake view is beautiful at night. There's a high-powered washer and dryer, which is very convenient.

ZZhanmusikalileiOne of the biggest surprises since the May 1st Xinjiang tour is staying at this hotel in Kuqa. The old four-star, the front hall is high and the service attitude is particularly warm, the room is large, the health is meticulous, the hotel's geographical environment is also excellent, and there are many foods around. Recommend to share with friends who want to travel to Kuqa, it will definitely be worthwhile.

KKellyLing 凌淑飛Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

Because I brought my parents, two elderly people with limited mobility, the room arrangement is also very convenient for entry and exit. Unlimited Nongfu Spring, freshly ground coffee and scented tea are available at the lobby counter. The self-service laundry is also very clean and convenient, and the breakfast is even more eye-catching. There are Twinings brand tea bags, cream balls for coffee, and even the eggs are in the shape of hearts. There is shepherd's purse, buns, pumpkin, and yam. The noodles and wontons cooked on site are also delicious. When I left, the girl at the front desk gave me some water to drink on the way. If I have a chance, I will stay in this hotel next time I come here. By the way, the hotel is very close to the night market and can be reached on foot. Once again, thank you to the security guard who rushed to help me with my bag, and thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service. Thank you for cooking noodles for me at breakfast.

Thanks to the friendly service, I was able to check in even though I arrived a little before 2pm, and I was able to communicate with the owner through a translator and eat some cool watermelon. They say you can pick grapes and jujubes at the hostel depending on the season, but I couldn't do it because the time didn't match. It's close to Kuche Wangfu, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, so it's convenient. The bedrooms are clean, and the bathrooms are Western-style, so it's convenient. If I come back next time, I'll choose this place again.

GGuest UserThe hostel stuff is very kind and helpful. They would make sure that you have a pleasant stay. It is clean and tidy at all times. Location is only 10-15 minutes walking distance from places like Kucha temple and the kucha mansion. Only 1 hour driving distance from the Tianshan Grand Canyon which must be visited. Kizilya is also very close ny which both can be done in a day trip. Kucha is an essential part of Silk Road. The museum is also a must to visit. This is a good place to stay.

TTrNguyenFront desk’s staff are amazing. They are helpful, and professional. I hope they’ll receive a raise for their hardworking. Breakfast is good with many options. Probably the best I’ve had in China. Location is in Central with many restaurants around. Street food is right across the street. My room is spacious and clean. However bathroom is flooded after shower. It doesn’t drain well and leaves a smell of sewage. Hope they will fix it.

GGuest UserThis stay was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is very convenient, and taxis are easily available right outside, making it quick and easy to get to attractions and shopping districts.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a peaceful and restful sleep.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and attentive, and they proactively provided me with nearby taxi spots and local tips, which was a heartwarming touch. Check-out was also smooth and effortless.
Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I've already recommended it to friends!

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

The staff were pleasant and the interior was frequently patrolled by security. The only notable factor for prospective tourists was that the. domestic guests in the male room were quite rough. A lot of inside smoking and loudness.
