Stayed here for two nights it’s in a good location close to the center. It is such an amazing hotel everything was perfect and so much attention to detail. The staff were so nice and friendly as well. The food at breakfast and dinner was great a really good experience. Thank you!

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The accommodations were comfortable and ample; the service was impeccable; the location was perfect-quiet street but near everything. We would stay in this hotel whenever we have the opportunity to be in Bruges. The staff was the most pleasant staff we have ever dealt with. Kudos to all.

Great hotel. Great location only 1 block from the center of the city on a VERY quiet side street. No car noise at night. Wonderful front desk staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Great luxury of having a private steam room and sauna.

Pros: Small boutique hotel at the back of the main square. Excellent location. Excellent personal touch. Breakfast buffet with champagne is a must. Attention to details. Sauna was a bonus. Down to earth owners Excellent staff. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cons: Nothing at this visit.

This is hotel is a gem. Everybody is here to take great care about you. Beds are super comfy. Located at 30 seconds walk from the Beffroi. Breakfast is remarkable. Dinner at mystique was delicious. Don t miss it. It s simply a perfect choice!!!

We had 2 rooms. They advertise A/C in both however only 1 had a working A/C. They gave us a fan and told us to open a window. Bugs came in so it was even more miserable. The room with AC was pleasant but it would be a gable to stay here not knowing if you will have A/C. They could have changed out room, fixed the A/C, gotten a room A/C, but they did none of those things. I wrote to the GM and asked what he wanted to do to make this up to me and 5 days later I still have not heard from him. If you want to risk being hot and not sleeping well then the location is great, the front desk staff is wonderful and the dinning is amazing. But isn't a night's sleep the absolute basic at a 5 star Relais & Châteaux hotel? Wouldn't you expect the GM to reply in a timely manner? I am disapointed in them and I am sorry to have to write this review like this.
