Hotel muy viejo, el clima goteaba y hace mucho ruido y llegué al mostrador y me pidieron pagar otra vez. El buffet mucho que desear.

La recepción no fue buena, trip no había enviado el pago de la reserva am hotel, las señoritas del la recepción no me quisieron dar la hab. Luego que se arreglo ese problemita, en la habitación que me tocó el aire hacia mas ruido que las turbinas de un avion. Las paredes rotas, las sabanas manchadas.

Hello! I made my reservation on the app and it turns out that the hotel did not have it registered due to problems in the system and they asked me for a cash deposit for the amount of the reservation value, which bothered me since I was really making a double payment because They had already deducted it from my card and they told me that it was over at night and they would return it to me, which did not happen when I arrived. The room was full of water because of the air conditioning, I went down to ask the person at the reception for someone to come clean and his response was that he was alone, that he couldn't go and clean and that he couldn't change my room either because Everything was full, he didn't give a solution and I had to sleep with the entire floor wet. The room smelled very damp since I arrived. The access they gave me for the Wi-Fi connection didn't work either, so to see about the water and the Wi-Fi and anything else you would need to go down to reception because the phone they have there is no more than a decoration. The next day I had to leave early, I asked for my deposit and they didn't give it to me because they still hadn't registered my reservation and they made me wait there for an hour, I had to leave and I couldn't because they didn't resolve anything and I had to leave and come back again to the hotel so that after half an hour they would return my deposit. It was a very unpleasant experience due to all the waiting time, the bad service and the lack of ability to resolve issues on the part of the staff. Since I was going to work and had things to do and they complicated my entire itinerary. I don't recommend it at all.

The hotel and the service VERY BAD! I only stayed one night; and I had to leave at 6.30am because it was so dirty and smelled SO BAD that I couldn't stand it. The dirty shower, the dirty bed with hair. lousy staff I asked them to refund me the amount of the night that I was not going to stay; because of course I wasn't crazy and in a health emergency I was going to expose myself. They have not answered me and they only told me to direct with the APP with which I booked.
