I booked a room thru Trip.com when this hotel was introduced by friend who travelled with me. I paid a bit more for a King suite as a Queen suite wasn’t available. My room was way smaller than my friend’s queen room and it has a parking lot view. I couldn’t understand the logic and felt cheated.

Everything was fantastic. Safe. Clean. Close to everything. Pool. We will stay here again if we come back to Carmel.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was friendly and more than willing to guide you to all the hot spots. The room was super cozy with a beautiful fire place and a jacuzzi making it perfect for our little get away to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband. So much within walking distance. Carmel definitely holds wealth codes and you can feel the abundance all around you. We will be back again! An can’t forget super pet friendly!

We enjoyed a relaxing three day stay in Carmel Ca. Beautiful scenery and charming town. Lots of great food and fun shops. Our room accommodated all our needs.

Everything about this town is great. So many restaurants to choose from and everything is walkable. Golf, 17 mile drive and all other beauty spots are within minutes by car.

Nice place to stay, fridge was a little loud at night. I unplugged it solved the issue. Nice place close to downtown walking distance to all areas. We walked to beach in the morning, good brisk walk, its an uphill walk back was good exercise. Fireplace in the room was a plus! Plenty of parking.
