L'hotel non può essere considerato un 4 stelle! Innanzitutto è rumorosissimo, dalla stanza si sentono nettamente i discorsi dei vicini di camera oltre ai rumori quotidiani. Purtroppo non si riesce a dormire bene. La pulizia lascia a desiderare (box doccia indegno!). Non è possibile che in un 4 stelle la piscina sia a pagamento per gli ospiti!!!! Il ristorante ha presentato lo stesso menù per l'intera settimana di soggiorno. La struttura è collocata in un zona artigianale (?) con fabbriche attorno e quindi in un contesto tutt'altro che piacevole. Salvo solo la gentilezza dello staff! Per il resto, c'è di meglio....

Das Hotel ist sehr schön auch wenn die Umgebung eher indistruel ist. Pool und Bar sind wirklich sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit könnte ein wenig besser sein in den Zimmern und im Stigenhaus aber nichts schlimmes mus man sagen. Aber das Abendessen war wirklich erstklassig und würde aus diesem Grund nochmals dort stehen beleihen. Nudeln mit Zucchini und stracciatella waren wirklich sehr gut. Hauptspeise Steak und das war wirklich TOP Service und Personal auch sehr freundlich. Essen gehen zahlt sich sehr aus dort!!

struttura molto comoda , a pochi passi da Salerno . albergo offre un buon servizio , dispone anche di una piscina all'aperto con bar ,personale gentile e professionale , per conto mio l'unica differenza che ho notato a tavola, la pasta viene servita troppo al dente , a sentir loro va cotta così , per me troppo al dente quasi dura , sarà vero ? però la verdura cotta cruda no !!! eh passi la pasta , ma i fagiolini crudi no !!! tutto sommato migliorando il lato culinario ( tempi di cottura ) lo consiglierei vivamente .

Hotel just outside the motorway toll booth, very convenient as it also has internal parking. Well-kept and tidy structure, with a large breakfast room-restaurant. We stayed the nights of 30 and 31 December 2023. Leaving aside the 4 star classification which I believe was rather generous (I invite the owners of the hotel to visit other 4 stars to understand the difference), inadequate cleanliness, a bathroom with a broken and very uncomfortable door, ridiculous room lighting, a decidedly anonymous room and other small details that make this hotel a good 3 star but nothing more; what was aberrant was the management of the night of the 31st. Music blared in the hotel lobby from 2 to 6 in the morning. Management notified at 3.30am and 4.45am with no success. I had to insist on getting a refund for the second night which fortunately was accepted. Only this reaction is good. To never again. It's a shame because in the end 3 to 4 stars could have been given.

Elegant and welcoming hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean; some marks on the walls due to the suitcases but nothing that a brush stroke can't resolve. The only flaw... you can hear everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good and varied. There is a beautiful swimming pool and in the evening you can also dine outside. The hotel parking is very convenient, both external and internal; I recommend the car because it is not well served by public transport and there are no taxis available. Excellent location, 15 min. from Pompeii, 20 minutes from Salerno, where you can park at the port and take the ferry to the coast.
