大家如果來阿那亞我特別推薦這家 園區我還住了另外一家 就環境衞生服務都沒這家好 24h都有接駁車！！重點是他們有賓客關係經理這點特別好溝通很快 對接我的經理是小胡非常温柔！！吹風機風力不夠也會立馬換吹風機特別好！！！！非常喜歡

結婚紀念日 酒店給佈置了房間 送的蛋糕很好吃 房間零食飲料很多 酒店有接駁車 去哪都很方便 入住後賓客經理小胡就加了微信 每天都會關心我們的入住需求 晚上會幫我們準備泡腳桶 特別貼心的小姑娘 整體入住感覺很舒服 很推薦

房間非常整潔；大床適合夫妻休假旅遊，每天的小食非常適合帶出行走時補充能量的小餐；給的水也非常充分；客户關係經理小譚更是要值得表揚；每天都貼心的問候和關懷；每一次用車的要求都及時幫我按排；剛到酒店就把相關的訊息發到我的手機上，以便會隨時用到。小譚，有你在，給我們在外旅遊時感到非常的踏實；再次感謝你！

設施：很日系的酒店
衞生：衞生都很乾凈，每天把房間打掃的乾乾淨淨，幫我們衣服也疊得很整齊
環境：環境很不錯
服務：服務很周到，入住當天就加了賓客經理小譚的微信，有問題找她，她都會一一解答，每天還會幫我們在浴池鋪上一次性浴袋。
其他：最喜歡喝他們家的花生牛奶露。

第二次來，酒店的服務和環境體驗總體是挺滿意的，有回家的親切感。
酒店有管家服務，對於體驗其他活動和項目日程的安排都有非常清晰的指引和接送安排。
宾客关系胡经理的服務也非常貼心，照顧周到。
如果餐廳的配套服務能提升將會是更好的入住體驗。
還有如能開車進入1-7區就更方便了。
