On New Year's Day, I booked this homestay online with a try-and-see attitude. A family of three came in with a big bag and a small bag. I felt the hospitality of the staff for the first time, like the warm sun, and dispersed the coldness around! Especially the exquisite decoration in the room, the comfortable bed made me wonder if I had walked into a five-star hotel room, and the surrounding area is adjacent to May 1 Square. The transportation is convenient, the living is comfortable, the fun is fun, the food is comfortable, and there is no regret! Thank you for the thoughtful service of the staff of the B&B, I will choose this homestay next time. . .

The location of the hotel is so great, just outside the subway entrance is the hotel. We were arranged to go to the 51st floor. The view was very good and it was especially quiet at night. It's usually hard for me to fall asleep when I'm out for fun, but this time I slept soundly every night during my three-day stay. The two-bedroom, one-living-room apartment seemed very crowded, but it was small but fully equipped. There was a kitchen, refrigerator, induction cooker, and water heater. But the shower room had no door. It was quite convenient to travel, as the May Day Square was only 300 meters away.

Location was fantastic, right outside the metro exit and 3min walk to the railway station. Room was a bit small but that was alright for the price. Just that the bathroom had some sticky liquid under the dustbin. Nice that there are lots of power sockets.

CChella in ChinaThe design & style of this hotel is amazing. Modern and clean Ioved it. The smell is amazing in the lobby, except for the mall shop by the stairs where the owner smokes inside (which is very common in China). The staff are nice and helpful to take your bags & help you to reception. The is no English at all so if you donât speak Chinese you will be lost. Their is also face recognition to open your door to your room but they do that for me (donât know why). Check in was very easy! And so quick considering they were so busy when I checked in and also I am foreign. The room was so nice and I was on the top floor with a nice view. However some things I would recommend for the room is (1) add a cupboard. There was only a small hanger on I hang my clothes (no cupboard or drawers). (2) Why doesnât the TV connect to wifi? If this can happen the experience will be much better. Such a nice smart tv but you can mirror your phone to the TV cause there no wifi in the TV.
Other than these small things, it was a very pleasant stay. Nice location with covid testing opposite (50m). Also, rooms were like 95% sound proof which is better than any room Iâve been at in china. Makes for a super comfortable experience.

The hotel is equipped with a gym and a laundry room, as well as a dryer. The surrounding geographical location is excellent and the environment is beautiful. CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner thereâs also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone canât do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. Itâs across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if youâd like access to higher end shopping. Donât expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. Thereâs a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

Disadvantages first:
1. You need to go downstairs to get the takeaway, it is not delivered to your door, and there is no robot, so friends who find it troublesome should pay attention to this point at the first time, because you have to go through the elevator, which is fatal for lazy people
2. There are not many varieties and choices in the breakfast buffet, but the taste is good, the fruit is fresh, and the pineapple is sweet
3. I personally think that the hotel supplies and quality in the room are not quite matched with this price
Advantages:
1. The location is very good, about 5 minutes walk from the subway entrance
2. The overall service is good; but there are differences: the lobby receptionist service is good, the front desk service is acceptable, but the best and most considerate service is actually every cleaning lady. They will always ask if you have enough water to drink. Seeing that I ordered a lot of takeout, they gave me 6 bottles of water the next day. Every time they see guests, they greet them with a smile and take the initiative to say hello.
3. The gym on the 33rd floor has a good environment and is very comfortable. The service is also very considerate. Every treadmill will have a towel to wipe sweat and drink water.
4. The room is very soundproof, the mattress is very comfortable, and the view is on a high floor after all, so it goes without saying that this is definitely the best.
Overall, I would give 7.5-8 points out of 10. The cost performance is not very high, but in terms of location and environment, if I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose it again. Next time I come to Changsha, I will try other luxury hotels.

My friends and I selected a lot of stores on Blue Software, and finally chose this store with good reviews and no bad reviews for the time being, and the price for a family room is only 400 yuan! It's suitable for two people to live in! The first floor is still being renovated and the environment is a bit dirty. The front desk is on the fifth floor, just go up there. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock and were able to check in. There was fruit in the room. The place and environment were larger and cleaner than expected. And it's really convenient to get in and out. We always walk directly when we go out. The hotel customer service staff is very good and answers all questions. If you ask her before where you want to go, she can give you direct answers. But in a tourist city like Changsha, it can really be said that it never sleeps. When we went to bed at around 12 o'clock, we still heard the bustling noise outside, but it was okay and did not affect our rest. Maybe the hotel only has the fifth floor and the first floor. There is no noise from upstairs and the soundproofing is satisfactory. Needless to say, the service is really great. I must come here again next time I travel to Changsha!

çșąçșąæThe location is excellent â right in the middle of historic Duzheng Jie. For me, this was the perfect blend of local / touristy. The area is essentially one cobblestone street with some restaurants and shops, plus some hidden ones in the connecting alleys. Itâs accessible to other key points of interest and two metro stations (both along Line 1) by foot which is also convenient.
Note: The location probably isnât suitable for light sleepers however. There is a live house directly downstairs and the hotel is small, so it can be a bit noisy. On my final night, someone set off multiple rounds of firecrackers all through the night which led to smoke billowing up to my balcony. This is not the hotels fault, but just something to note for future guests. It might be an infrequent weekend occurrence due to the upcoming Spring Festival.
The room was fine for me. Large, comfortable bed. Spacious balcony. Many free movies available on the TV.
Note: The rooms are only cleaned upon prior request.
Except for the exact moment that I checked in, and probably only because there was a family checking in then too, I never saw any staff downstairs. They can be reached through the hotelâs WeChat, but donât expect any warm good mornings, how is your stay, etc. when exiting or returning each day.

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I canât see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light
