The support staff, including Jeevan, were equally commendable, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was home-cooked with utmost care, and the portions were generous. The promptness and customization of the meals to suit our preferences were truly impressive. Hill crest is a beautiful place! Courteous staff, good hospitality and accommodation. Great place for a short vacation from Bangalore. It’s also close to many of the must see places in Chikmagalur. Thank you Varun and team for making our trip memorable!!

We family of 3 stayed there for 3 nights . The homestay is right in the middle of a huge coffee plantation with the owner Varun staying there. Get up in the morning to the chirping of birds. Ample space in rooms, clean bathrooms, lip licking food and in ample quantity, nestled in the nature, the homestay is close to many sight seeing spots & Chikmagalur city. Value for money stay. A trip worth remembering and recommending. The coffee served was the best coz it was from the plantation itself. Varun is one host I will always go for as he used to take fantastic care of the stay be it his suggestions about travelling to sightseeing spots, food or anything specific to Chikmagalur. The evening bonfire with snacks was the highlight of the trip, sitting in front of the fire at cold night was out of the world experience. The only cons are the steep approach road to the home stay, no covered car parking, non payment by credit card and unavailability of toiletries (one need to carry their own toiletries due to Covid restriction which in a way is good)
