It has a great location, only 6 minutes from the subway, excellent facilities, and very friendly staff. There's a fully equipped communal kitchen, and the bathrooms are large and clean. "Very simple accommodation. There is nothing in your room. I would say this is the cheapest option in Khur although it is not worth the price.Too expensive for this service. Breakfast is relatively good which mainly provide cheese and hams. Shared toilet didn’t get cleaned for few days."

"The location was further then anticipated. The room was exactly the same as shown in the ads. Though yhe room we had selected was tiny, it was clean and the attached bathroom was big However, the glass panel sitting on top of the side of bathtub isn't fixed, making getting in and out of the tub unsafe, as the glass panel is the only element that one could hold on to in order to step out of the tub. The receptionists weren't too interested in attenting to hotel guests. But, overall experience was elevated due to its design/structure uniqueness; an ex-jail building. It's communal kitchen and lounge space were great space where we'd spent some of our time. There were also a lot of common shower rooms and WCs within the building, which was great as the 4 of us needn't queue for the washroom especially in the early morning."

"Hotel is about 10 mins walk after getting off the Glacier Express train.Go down the ramp, turn and walk towards Gate 1, you will see a pair of escalator, go up the escalator and go straight till the yellow crossing and turn left, walk till the end and turn right, easy. Reception is a wonderful helpful lady. Supermarkets almost every corner."

"Everything was good but their breakfast time Indian waitress on 30th May was very rude. She ordered me like a boss with bad hand gesture to take the tray to the station where I just stand up after finishing my breakfast. This was not acceptable and very unpleasant for me. Will not recommend to have a breakfast at this hotel because of their rude Indian waitress."

"After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned. We had a delightful stay at this hotel, nicely situated for the town and amenities. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided be ut paper cups but we also take our mugs etc. We stayed in 305 that over looked the pretty street, no noise to disturb. Staff very nice and very helpful and amenable. Delightful little bar which we used before going out for dinner and after. Doors locked at 10pm but access with key via back door. Breakfast was very adequate, although cooked could have been hotter. Good selection including fizz. Would definitely stay here again."
