"I stayed at WorldMark Orlando - Kingstown Reef for 4 nights (March 4–8), and overall it was a great value for the price. The room was very spacious, and having both a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The stay itself was very comfortable, and the location was great—only about a 15-minute drive to Disney. The property also has nice amenities like a golf course, outdoor pool, and gym. The staff were friendly and provided good service during our stay. However, there was one downside that significantly affected the experience. Starting from the day we checked in, the hotel repeatedly tried to get us to attend a “short” presentation. They initially said it would only take 10–20 minutes and asked for an $80 refundable deposit. But when we followed up, it turned out to be a 90-minute session. Since we already had travel plans, we declined, and the $80 refund was processed smoothly. That said, the constant follow-up was quite frustrating. We received one call every day during our 4-night stay reminding us to attend the presentation. Even after we left, they called again about 10 days later asking why we didn’t participate. It started to feel a bit overwhelming and hard to avoid. While the hotel itself is a good deal, just be aware of this if you’re considering staying here."

"This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!"

"We had to catch the early morning flight the next day, and the hotel specially arranged a quiet guest room. We rested well. The room was soundproof and quiet. We could not hear the sound of the plane at night and had a good sleep. Check out at 3:30 in the morning. The hotel packed breakfast (bread, milk, yogurt, bottled water, etc.) according to the passengers' reservation one day in advance. The guest room is spacious, bright, quiet and comfortable, and the two large beds are comfortable. The bath water is hot. After taking a bath, Orlando flew to San Francisco and transferred to Shanghai. The journey is about 24 hours. It is very comfortable to take a hot bath and start a long-distance flight. The hotel is right in the airport. It is very convenient to get a boarding pass before going to bed one day in advance. There are many restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient for dining. Orlando has more than a dozen large parks such as Disney Group Park and Universal Studios. Orlando is also a large cruise port. Next time I will arrange a cruise and Disneyland tour, I will book it again. It feels so good! Give a thumbs up!"

"I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Free coffee, tea, and hot water 24 hours. Hotel location is pretty far from all attractions. Need to drive or take uber to go to malls and attractions Universal studio 45mins walk from hotel"

"Well not a luxury place but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is offered but it is super limited, Free Parking and close to lots of places. The staff was super friendly."

"Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night."

"Un hotel maravilloso, perfecto para ir en familia, con amigos o pareja. Cerca de los parques, transporte gratuito a los parques y la temática del hotel super bonita! Lo recomiendo 10/10. Sobretodo si cogéis alguna oferta sale muy rentable ya que tenéis entrada temprana a los parques!!!!"

"Rooms need updating, door locks to and from the room and bathroom are hard to open. Odd to have fridge and microwave in the bathroom area. The double bed or queen bed....wow small when im use to a king, especially for 2 people. Check-in LONG wait!!! Requested extra pillows bc only 3 on each bed, housekeeping was on point and very attentive and had them within 10 mins. Parking was $10 a night. The 24 hour mini mart is not 24 hours. The coffee shop, coffee was good but doesn't open til 630am. The hotel breakfast was like $15 a person not including tax, 5 and under free with paying adult. Not a bad but not the best. The hard boiled eggs....they need to be boiled then put in cold water for easy peeling....these were far from easy to peal and made a mess. Odd you are limited to one juice per person at breakfast....why can't I have a small orange juice and a small apple....not a large orange juice. Would I stay again.... yeah. I'm fairly local and have been to several of the hotels in Orlando."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel required a phone call, but the waiting time wasn't long. The shuttle to the airport ran every 30 minutes and could be booked, which was reassuring. The complimentary breakfast was very substantial and provided a high level of satisfaction."
