The sanitation is very clean, the service is very good, it is near the Como Lago train station and right by Lake Como. Room 43 has a balcony with a view of the lake and the road. Room 3 on the first floor is close to the lake (higher floors will be better).
There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is very direct and very good. Olive oil and vinegar are delicious when dipped into vegetables.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic and the property is well located for all lake travel by ferry, bus or train along with being central to Como old town Centre . A charming hotel in many ways

Perfect location right on the lakeside and close to the ferry ticket office. The old hotel (1892) still retained its old world charm despite being modernised. Our hotel room was spacious with a lakeside view and was immaculately clean. Breakfast was included and there was lots of choice. There was a lobby where you could relax, a bar and a restaurant at the front of the hotel. The food was excellent and the young waiters were very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable especially Vladyslav and Edward. We had a wonderful stay and we definitely will be back to explore more of Lake Como

Experiencia regular, no hablan español servicio suficiente y no mucho más estuvevimos sólo una noche tal vez faltó tiempo pero la experiencia no fue tan agradable. 20.30 hs el restaurante no recibía más comensales por lo que tuvimos que ir a cenar bajo una lluvia torrencial a un lugar fuera del mismo

Excellent service for the entire trip. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with all of our needs.
Location of hotel was perfect, direct access to town centre and a great hub to travel from for all surrounding activities. Would highly recommend the venue and would gladly return if ever back in the area.
