The room is nice, the scenery outside is great, the breakfast is OK, but the transportation is not very convenient: because it is a long drive to the exhibition, but if it is a family vacation, it is a good choice

There are only one slippers in the room, but I filled in two people's information when I checked in. There is only one bathrobe. There is no swimming pool in winter and spring. There is no heated swimming pool.

Hotel is a bit dated but comfortable and clean. As a marriott loyalist i have very high standards so i was a bit Skeptical but it was the most sensible place to stay during our recent visit. Breakfast in the am was good. The temps in that breakfast room need to be cooler. The pool is gorgeous and the flowers around it are simply magnificent. Most notable were two staff members that went above and beyond. Clara at the front desk was exceptional and gave us the warmest most genuine welcome ever! Lorenzo (night shift front desk) was also exceptional! The whole team was very attentive and helpful when needed! This was greatly appreciated!

One of the best Hotels in Lake Como, Try out the electric scooters for rent, It's so cool, The new Italian Vespa really Connects Sheraton Hotel to Lake Como's Heart. Starting from 79,99+vat you can rent this scooters for just a couple of hours or for your whole stay!! It's right outside the doorstep and the service provided will definetly keep you amazed!!!

A bit disappointed about service at pool, I order a cocktail, did not get it. I had to go back to the bar and waited 25 min. Second complaint at the restaurant close to the pool, I ordered a glass of Barbersco, got the end the bottle, the waiter did not take about the bottom of bottle
