Premier Inn St. Neots (Colmworth Park)

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Great location. The highwayman bar and grill next door. If you just want a drink or a bit to eat. Easy for the A1 and A428. St Neots close enough. Place to wind down and relax. Oh and costa is arcoss the road if you want a decent coffee lol Well done

Noisy, as all carpets seem to have plastic underlay meaning they crunch when walked upon. WiFi in room useless as they probably want you to use a paid upgrade that is available. The safety chain on the door (room 20) was missing meaning that security was not as promised.

The manager Andy when I phoned was extremely helpful and made all arrangements for us including Accessible room. Everything 5 star

Well, what can i say. Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Tidy room, comfy beds... soo comfy my partner and child snored all night ( really friggin load) ... leaving me no choice but to end up getting some shut eye in my car. For me the car park is nice. Not much noise from the road... little annoying having the birds cheeping at 4.22AM . I would definatly come and stay again, just with out my family.

Noisy, not clean and out of date. Food quality appalling and despite very small menu choice not all available. Kitchen staff cannot even use a microwave.

Stayed following a day at Wyboston Spa, great location and lovely staff ut room was ridiculously hot, especially considering cooler temperatures at the moment. No cold water available, taps run hot no matter how long run for and iced water jugs provided at reception were empty, with night staff not having access to refil them.

Cold water didn't work in the basin. Not just my room either. My colleagues who stayed in the same hotel mentioned that the hot/cold water issue in the bathroom basin was the same. Suspect that a poor quality basin mixer has been used, which allows hot water to creep into the cold inlet. Water flow in the basin was also very, very poor. Some evidence or corrosion on fittings. Apparently the room heating had been disabled, with the batteries removed from the Thermostat/Controller. However, they were still fitted but the battery cover had been removed. No ironing board or iron. Breakfast was okay, apart from the sausages, which were very poor quality. Full of fillers and floor sweepings.

Stayed here for a night last week. Plenty of free parking and friendly receptionist. The room was clean and tidy but the main issue was the WiFi and phone signal. Absolutely no reception so had to keep walking out to the car park to make phone calls. Very poor in this day and she.
