超出預期的酒店！本來覺得一個三星的還挺貴，但發現酒店 餐食 服務不輸甚至超過國內五星標準。一進酒店，就很有藝術氣息的氛圍。旁邊就是火車站 中央市場 很方便

Hôtel très bien placé. Les chambres sont très bien également ! Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable c’est appréciable. Le seul petit bémol serait le petit déjeuner est bien mais vraiment léger. Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un séjour à Florence

Le Palazzo hôtel est très bien situé : à 10 minutes de la gare centrale et à moins de 10 minutes du Duomo, il est très charmant. Le personnel y est accueillant et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner, simple, est bien et suffisant. Bien que donnant sur une place, le double vitrage isole très bien du bruit extérieur. La chambre est confortable, tout comme la salle de bain. Seul (petit) souci : l'intérieur de l'hôtel est mal isolé et bruyant. Il faut donc prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles.

Palazzo Benci is completely renovated with new floors and bathrooms, and something I especially appreciate, a comfortable mattress. The rooms are spacious and most of them offer an amazing view right on the famous Cappelle Medicee. You can comfortably walk anywhere from this location, and you also have anything you need right there-stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. I'll be definitely coming back.

Palazzo Benci e’ stata un ottima esperienza ,centralissimo a due passi dal duomo ,e dal mercato generale ,vicino a tanti locali dove mangiare e garage a pochi passi ,abbiamo trovato camere pulite personale cortese anche la colazione ottima ci torneremo sicuramente

The location is excellent, two of the three staff members (Mauro and Debora) we're wonderful, the rooms are spacious... BUT, the room temperature was too way hot (at an unacceptable level) and CANNOT be controlled by the thermostat in the room. We booked the hotel for two nights. After the first night, we mentioned that we were sweating and the room was changed. We were told the air conditioning would be adjusted by the time we got back to our room on the second day. That was not the case. The third staff member, Cristian, was abrasive and got very defensive when we said the room was too hot. He ended up giving us a fan. This is not a solution when you're paying 200 euros per night. If you are not visiting Florence in June or July, I highly recommend this hotel for any other time of the year. Be warned that you cannot control the temperature in your room and it is set to a high temperature.

The location is very good. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and room was very clean. Best if you do not have a car because navigating the streets in central Florence is very difficult. If you do have a car Parking Giglio is the closest garage.

Great location right by the Duomo and walking distance to the main train station as well. Everything you would want to see was relatively close as well. Room was exactly as described. Small, but not too small and very comfortable with good AC. The only recommendation I would give would be to provide body wash and shampoo separately rather than a small packet of body wash and shampoo combined. I found myself going through the packet pretty quickly. But I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Florence.

We had a very pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel Palazzo Benci in Florence. The hotel was very conveniently located near the major tourist attractions and the train station. Our room was configured for 3 adults and faced a small inner courtyard away from the noise of the city. The courtyard was a nice quiet place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel as a comfortable and quiet place to stay in the midst of all that Florence has to offer.
