The hotel itself is clean, but there is a train passing right next to it, so it can be a bit noisy until the last train.

This is a small business hotel located a 1-minute walk from Yakuin Station. The staff was very friendly, and above all, it was a cost-effective hotel with cheaper prices and clean rooms compared to hotels in downtown Hakata.

This trip or the most disappointing stay this year; 1) I paid in advance, but the price when I checked in was only half of what I paid, but this is a normal fluctuation in the market, I understand, but I want to remind other consumers about this; 2) I like high prices floor, but was arranged to the lowest floor, but I was relatively early in terms of reservation time and arrival time, and said that smoking or non-smoking rooms were available, but in the end I had no other choice; 3) There is another room a few dozen centimeters outside the room window. The wall of the house has no sunlight at all, but there is noise from the traffic track next to it; 4) The facilities are very old and the carpets are dirty; 5) Accommodation tax is double charged. I paid another 200 tax in cash at check-in, although the order showed prepaid Price included.

It's close to Tenjin and Nakasu-Kawabata, and there's a large public bath, which was very convenient.

The sound of dripping water from the toilet tank could be heard throughout the room, and although it's next to the train tracks it can't be helped, the noise of the trains was quite loud, and the bed was hard.

If you don't have money, there's nothing you can do. Go to a capsule hotel. There is no wifi here and the service is not good. I will not be re-booking.

Because the air conditioner in the room was very cold, the air vents kept blowing on my head, and there was some dust from the air conditioner, so I felt a little uncomfortable. I turned my head upside down to avoid the air vents first. Bit.

Single approx. It was a reasonably priced stay, and the room was very clean and well-kept. Another feature of this hotel is that guests can use the large public bath on the top floor, which was a selling point of the former Personal Hotel Omiya, free of charge, which is much more soothing than using the unit bath in the room. I used it three times during my one-night stay, and there were only one or two other users, so it was comfortable and not crowded. The staff is also kind. I think the cost performance is very good. I will use it again from time to time.
