The location of the hotel is great. I have been going to see the flowers and plants. It is very comfortable. The environment is very clean. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich. I have a pleasant holiday in Cappadocia.

Excellent location and friendly owner and staff. You will not regret the decision of booking this hotel. Since there was availability, the owner gave a room upgrade for free. You can book the tours and balloon ride and airport transfers with them, the prices are pretty good. The view from the hotel is amazing. You can enjoy the view of balloons taking off from the hotel.

Давно не встречала таких домашних отелей. Отношение персонала на высшем уровне! Даже после выселения, бесплатно выдавали воду, разрешали пользоваться территорией отеля и помогали с организацией экскурсий. Отдельно хочу выделить ночного администратора Аблая. Молодой, активный и отзывчивый. Помогал во всем без нареканий! Кстати, очень хорошо говорит на 4х языках в т.ч. и на русском! Хозяйка отеля, Фатма очень по доброму относится к своему персоналу и постояльцам. Я бы это сравнила с поездкой к бабушке на дачу. Один из завтраков готовила сама и очень вкусно. Перейдем к кухне! На кухне работает грузинский повар Эка. В первый же день пожарила нам оладушки (мы даже не просили). Все очень вкусно и сытно. Наедались на целый день. Расположение отеля ПОТРЯСАЮЩЕЕ!!! Все близко и удобно. В самом отеле очень много локаций для фотоссесий, потрясающий вид на окрестности и видно полет шаров. В общем, говорить об этом отеле можно до бесконечности. Лучше всего увидеть его своими глазами. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!

С самого прибытия персонал проявил внимание и заботу, что сделало пребывание по-настоящему комфортным. Отель находится в живописном месте, и каждое утро открывался невероятный вид на воздушные шары, поднимающиеся над долинами – это незабываемо! Жили в королевском люксе в пещере, номер красивый, просторный и очень чистый. Завтраки были разнообразные и вкусные, дополнительно было приятно получать горячий омлет, который готовили каждому гостю. Особенно понравилось, что на территории отеля был уютный сад, растет виноград, айва, яблоки. Обслуживание на высшем уровне: персонал всегда был готов помочь с любыми вопросами, посоветовать и организовать экскурсии и трансфер. Если вы ищете идеальное место для отдыха в Каппадокии с комфортом и незабываемыми видами – этот отель идеален!

Ездили в это замечательное место с коллегами-подругами. Главная цель поездки - перезагрузка, обновление и отдых! Всё получилось на 500%, мы остались очень довольны! Расположение отеля очень комфортное, вблизи от главной улицы, магазинчиков, кафешек. С террасы отеля прекрасно наблюдать за воздушными шарами, очень красиво! Завтраки супер, персонал отличный, всегда ответят на все вопросы, помогут в организации трансфера, экскурсий, всё безопасно и в лучшем виде! Это очень ценно! Красивый, душевный отель, очень уютно, прям по-домашнему! Рекомендую от всей души!)

Ottima scelta per un soggiorno in Cappadocia, nonostante qualche piccolo difetto. La posizione è super centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dal corso principale, ma fortunatamente al di fuori del caos! Ottima colazione e meravigliosa terrazza panoramica per vedere il volo delle mongolfiere!! L’albergo è perfettamente integrato nella roccia e proprio per questo la nostra stanza era praticamente senza finestre e un po’ umidiccia con odore di chiuso; per risolvere la situazione abbiamo dovuto lasciare acceso giorno e notte la ventola del bagno! Altre stanze sono dotate di finestre e mi auguro non abbiano gli stessi problemi! Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene

Amazing place, staff lovely and friendly! Breakfast is out of this world for choice. Perfect location. Even better a little plunge pool for after a hard days sightseeing. Rooms cleaned daily, lovely gardens and rooftop for great view of the city

A wonderful time staying at Roc of Cappadocia , this family run hotel has an excellent location affording wonderful views from several roof top terraces to see sunrise and sunsets and off course the morning balloon flights.. the staff warmly welcomed our family and made every effort to help us celebrate a big birthday, including a private breakfast on a roof terrace, beautifully decorated with balloons and enough food for all of Goreme! (Birthday cake was incredible). We stayed in a cave king suite and it was just a unique experience to be staying within the rock and we were extremely comfortable and happy with all facilities and services.. Roc of Cappadocia is centrally located and unlike some of the other cave hotels it is not a huge hike up a hill to access, location could not be any better for a cave hotel experience ( but quite a few steps to reach some of the rooms) lower level rooms also available. Ahmet and all staff were wonderful and we send our thanks to everyone for caring for us during our stay and celebrations at Cappadocia. Highly recommend.
