Unsatisfactory stay. Although it is Hyatt, the hotel management level is low. We arrived at the hotel at nearly 8 o'clock in the evening and were told that the prepaid twin room was no longer available. We were asked to stay in a king-size room for one night and then change to a twin room the next day. I don't understand why the prepaid room type is not reserved. Does the hotel think that the paid guests will not come to stay? Finally, we changed to a family room, which was said to have a super king-size bed and a sofa bed. But there was a serious problem with the drainage of the bathroom in this room. Water accumulated and overflowed after only two minutes of washing. You can only wash for two minutes and stop to wait for the accumulated water to go down before you can turn on the faucet again. There is no hair dryer in the room. It is an incredibly rough management level. If the above problems do not exist, this is still a good hotel with newer facilities and convenient surrounding dining and transportation.

The hotel is not bad

The room was clean and neat throughout my stay. It was really convenient because the hotel and shopping mall were connected. The subway station was within 5 minutes walking distance, so transportation was optimal. Other than the fact that it was a little far from the city center, there was nothing to complain about.

有洗衣房，算是解決了常住的煩惱

The room is very nice and the transportation is convenient, but the distance is a bit far. But the price/performance ratio is pretty good

It was so beautiful! I could spend a whole day in the area. It was about 30 minutes by train to the outside of London, which was nice.
