Overall it's very good. The housekeepers are very enthusiastic. The auntie will deliver ice cubes and cups if you ask for them at night. The breakfast is delicious (Chinese/Western style) and the environment is good.

從化又一個酒店天花板！除了從都，這一定是我們之後會常來的酒店。
入住前管家會有貼心提示，讓我們絲滑入住，多一分鐘的等待時間都不用。我們能感受到服務團隊的每個人對他們工作的喜愛和對企業的認同，完全是有温度的服務，像極了台北誠品酒店的人文氛圍。
酒店房間非常乾淨整潔，看出去的風景也很美。
酒店裡有一個很大的小童遊樂場所，小溪、沙堆、鞦韆，小孩子根本玩不夠。
這裏的環境非常舒適，而且很神奇的是，這裏可以讓時間變慢，你可以慢慢地、認真地對待每一次一呼一吸，可以把綠色的樹、青翠的湖、閃光的雲和呱噪的雨都融進你的呼吸裏。非常美。
有一點建議，就是在管家提示客人山路崎嶇的時候也可以提醒一下客人，這裡有很好喝的威士忌，如果和小姐妹或者老姐妹們一起來的話，又多了個娛樂項目。。這裏可以單杯點的有麥卡倫12年雪莉桶（被過往酒友顧客們喝完了，我沒喝上），還有百富12年雙桶、格蘭傑蘇玳桶、泰斯卡10年等等。我一直以為自己喝不了泥煤味，沒想到酒吧小哥推薦的這個超高性價比泰斯卡10年這麼好喝，純飲尾韻的泥煤味簡直太愛了，一秒入坑！
