I spent [3] nights at this hotel and had an outstanding experience. The hotel's modern decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities made for a relaxing stay. Friendly and attentive staff spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds great location, the hotel's customer service was truly exceptional. One time stay. Service is poor. Number of times questioned to get required services. Complementary breakfast has no spread. No proper dining hall set up. Rooms are good as the hotel is new. But not well maintained. Curtains are dirty. Cleanings are not done regularly. Will not get required tea coffee pouches at the right time. No proper greetings at the reception

While returning from Kaziranga, we stayed here overnight since we had to catch the morning flight on return. Considering our very good experience in Kzziranga, in the hotel of the same owner, expectations had increased. The location was nice, but I did not realise that Guwahati would be so so crowded :-). Unfortunately, the wear and tear and the lack of basic maintenance was showing. One could not sit on the chair since the seats needed to be refurbished, changed. What I saw the moment I entered the room can be seen in the picture. Other walls (e.g. under the window) had the same problem. Was very very disappointed. My request and suggestion to the management......it does not take more than one day to get one room fixed up --- paint and chair cushion etc. For the price of the room, we did not expect this, really.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Just a 2 min walk from guwahati railway station. The area is bustling with crowd at all times so no worries regarding safety( me being travel-ling alone with my mother). The hotel staff is very clear with their rules and policies and helpful. The check in was smooth and just took a minute. We asked for a room with window and balcony and they did just that. The tv in our room was not working but it was changed immediately without any waste of time. We had early morning checkout of 5 am. We had no problem in checking out. It was smooth too. There is always someone at the front desk. The rooms are big, with even bigger and spacious bathrooms. My overall stay was pleasent. If looking for hotel in a budget, i will recommend it the best in the whole area

The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.
