HHenry from Toronto, CanadaThis is a brand new hotel in a developing city. Everything in the hotel was modern. My room was quite large and the TV was gigantic. The free laundry facilities were the nicest I've seen during my 7 week trip in China. I tried the breakfast one morning, and it was decent.
The hotel seemed quite empty, likely because not many people and businesses have moved into the area yet. I did find a few restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. If I'm in the area again, I would stay at this hotel again.

NNV8My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the edge of the county. It is not far from Gulou Street by taxi. We came here for the indoor swimming pool because of our schedule, so we were not able to experience it. It is a pity that there are free coffee, tea, popsicles, rubber bands and other small welcome items in the hotel lobby. In the cabin, we booked a 1.35-inch twin bed, which can be moved, so it is family-friendly for second-born children. However, the quilt is a bit damp. There is an air purifier in the room, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. The breakfast is comprehensive, but we arrived at 8:30. We may arrive a little late, so please be careful to go early.

I booked the Yicheng Hotel by chance while in Zhuozhou, and I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuozhou for leisure or business!
First, the cleanliness is amazing! There was no unpleasant hotel smell as soon as I entered, the sheets and blankets had a clean, sun-kissed scent, and there was no dust in the corners of the bathroom or the crevices of the table. Even the mirror on the sink was sparkling clean—it made me feel so safe and comfortable!
The location is also super convenient, with convenience stores and snack shops nearby. You don't have to go far to buy things or eat, perfect for lazy people.
What impressed me most was the service and facilities! Both the receptionist and the housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was super fast, and they even proactively recommended good restaurants nearby. They were all smiles throughout, making for a fantastic experience! The room facilities were also very new, the air conditioning cooled down quickly and wasn't noisy, the shower had good water pressure and a stable water temperature, and even the hairdryer was powerful!
Let me emphasize this mattress! It's absolutely amazing! I'm a light sleeper and often have trouble sleeping in different hotels, but I slept soundly through the night here. The mattress had just the right firmness and excellent support; my back didn't ache at all when I woke up. I asked the front desk for the mattress link the day I checked in, and I'm already planning to get one for my own home! 😂
The room design was also very practical. The bedside table had USB charging ports, the round dining table was large enough for business trips, and there was plenty of space for a clothes rack—perfect for putting away suitcases and hanging clothes.
In short, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. It was incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuozhou! For those of you visiting Zhuozhou, go for it—you won't be disappointed!

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive.
The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits.
Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy.
Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.'
Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient.
Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

FFredJiaThe main reason for choosing this one is because it is new. The surrounding B&Bs are either too old or have reviews saying there are many mosquitoes and rats. The hotel is very clean overall, with a slight decoration smell. The service is also quite good. The location is very good, just across the wall from the Jingui Wharf. However, the surrounding environment is a bit messy and the scenic area is not planned.
The room was very clean, but the decoration level and quality were not very good. The water in the newly renovated shower room could actually flow into the dry area. Breakfast and dinner were also too simple.
Overall, the accommodation conditions are at most 500-600 level, which is not worth the current price. If you go there now, you will just go for the new facilities.

GGuest UserThis hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

The hotel room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and I slept well all night without the fatigue of the journey. The front desk service was particularly warm and thoughtful, the check-in was efficient and fast, and we also upgraded the room! The details are full of intimate. The breakfast category is rich and varied, hot dishes, noodles, fruits, drinks are all available, fresh and delicious, can meet the needs of different tastes, and start a full day. The hotel is very complete, equipped with a professional gym, complete equipment, and can exercise at any time; The self-service laundry room is convenient and practical, and the laundry and drying are one-stop solution, which is very convenient. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.
