From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and the level of service was truly impeccable. What really sets Zoland apart is the one-on-one butler service. Every little request was handled with genuine warmth and attention. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. Our stay at Emei Utopia Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant served some of the best food we had during our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and the combination of the breathtaking mountain views, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made dining an unforgettable experience. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Xiao Bao, who went above and beyond to make our visit seamless. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange transportation to Leshan and assisted us with every detail we needed, making our trip completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible food, stunning scenery, and genuinely exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend Emei Utopia Hentique Resort. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel facilities are decent, and the environment is quite good, with the window directly facing the 'Famous Mountains of the World' (Tianxia Mingshan). The overall service is also not bad. The high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service was especially convenient. However, there were a bit few daily amenities in the room, and even after requesting more, there wasn't much improvement.

The contrast with the one in Chengdu is too obvious 🥹 By the way, the beef in Leshan is so delicious

A very special inn in a historic building. In the old town, it is an easy walk to the snack places. A feeling of peace and quiet in a bustling city. Because it is an ancient building, it can be a bit humid during the rainy season in summer. The housekeeper is very good and the environment is very good.

Booked the Ocean-themed Family Twin Room for a short trip to Mount Emei with the kids. The entire wall covered in dolphin wallpaper was super dreamy, and the room even came with its own private hot spring tub, which was incredibly relaxing for an evening soak. The room also had a small tent and a shark plush toy, and the bathroom was equipped with a special toilet seat for kids – really thoughtful details. Public facilities were also very complete! There's an indoor heated pool, various sizes of hot spring pools, and a kids' ball pit paradise. The children could play indoors all day long. The hotel's breakfast selection was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western options, plus freshly prepared Emei-style Zajiang rice noodles and regular noodles, catering to different tastes – absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

On our first night, we were given a street-facing room, and the noise from passing traffic disturbed us in the mornings. After a quick chat with the front desk, the staff immediately and graciously moved us to a larger, quieter room at no extra charge. Their problem-solving efficiency was excellent, and their attitude was incredibly gentle. We also received complimentary breakfast during our stay, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is very convenient. It's a short taxi ride to Baoguo Temple, Fuhu Temple, and the Maluqiao Food Street, making it easy to get around with kids. The overall ambiance is a quiet, comfortable, and clean new-Chinese Zen-style courtyard. When traveling, such genuine and thoughtful service is a rare find. They didn't pass the buck when problems arose and made every effort to help guests. If I ever return to the foot of Mount Emei, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again. I genuinely recommend it to families traveling with children.

Choosing Wyndham was a happy accident. I didn't check reviews or do any research; I simply picked it because of the room size. This was a family trip (2 adults, 2 children), and while typical hotel rooms are around 30 sqm, here they're 50-60 sqm. The spacious room meant the kids had plenty of space to play without feeling cramped. I've stayed in smaller rooms before where just opening a suitcase made it hard to move around. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. This place feels more like a family-friendly hotel. It boasts three swimming pools, with both heated and regular temperature options. There's even an LED screen by the pool showing cartoons, which is a lifesaver for parents when the kids get tired of swimming. Next, let's talk about breakfast. I'm used to pre-made pastries, but here, the waffles are freshly baked! The moment you cut into them, a rich milky aroma fills the air. They're warm but not scalding, soft and chewy – I just love freshly baked goods. I always save the best for last: a special shout-out to customer service representative Xiao Jia. After checking in, I added her on WeChat. Whether I had a question about how something worked or needed staff to come help combine beds, she always replied instantly. I almost thought I was talking to an AI, even though the front desk seemed quite busy; she must just be incredibly fast. I've rambled on, but in short, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and it's also very close to the Huangwan Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance – definitely solo traveler friendly!

Location: Right next to the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center, with plenty of convenient dining and shopping options nearby. Hygiene and Facilities: The room's bedding was pristine white and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, making it tidy and cozy. Service: A special shout-out to our housekeeper Anna! She provided smiling service from check-in to check-out, answered all our questions, and even proactively helped us plan our hiking routes. So thoughtful! Overall: Excellent value for money, a rare and reassuring choice at the foot of Mount Emei.

The room has a small balcony, handy for luggage storage, and laundry facilities are available. It was spotless, with well-kept plants adding to the ambiance. We enjoyed how quiet it was, both day and night, despite being surrounded by plenty of dining options. As an added bonus, you can head up to the third floor for lovely river views. Overall, a very comfortable experience.
