Great
GGuest UserHad an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future.
GGuest UserThe room is well-equipped, and there is a light fragrance as soon as you enter the door.
The front desk service attitude is very good.
Today we had an early morning flight, and we took an Uber and waited for a long time, but the car didn't come. Because it was too early, the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us ask his colleagues to take us to the airport for free. I am very grateful.
During the day, the hotel provides free airport transportation.
It made guests feel at home! Good reviews
GGuest UserHeavy rains in the area made it impossible to get to the location. The hotel did not want to reschedule for us or cancel the reservation. We lost the money.
MMendozaWe had a great time at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well kept and you have dining options nearby and at the hotel.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
GGuest UserWell, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, about 3 kilometers from the US border, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. It is within 1 km from the bar street and 400 to 500 meters from Revolution Avenue, which can be walked. The room is really big and the hygiene is OK. When I first entered the room, I felt that the smell was a bit strong but it was acceptable. After a while, I may get used to it. Please note that the hotel does not have luggage storage service. When I was about to check out, I asked the front desk and found out that I could not store my luggage. They said there was no place. I asked if there was any other place to store my luggage, but they didn’t know. Later, I had to pay 20 US dollars to delay the check-out until 3 pm.
GGuest UserVery bad service, they don't change sheets, much less clean the room, and if they do, it's charged as an extra fee, $280. There are no clean sheets in the bathroom and if you want towels or paper or soap, you have to go down to the reception for them,...very bad attention and service, this has never happened to me in any hotel in Tijuana,...One more thing, their air conditioning equipment makes a lot of noise, it doesn't let you rest and they don't answer the report.
Very Bad Experience in this Hotel 😢
RRalph MxThe place is old in all senses, the bed had a big stain and even that I asked two days to change the bed sheets, they did not change it. The sink and shower had issues with the drain (they fixed it after my complains).
The breakfast is great and unique, highly recommendable the food and high-quality service from chefs and waiters. Very recommendable!
GGuest UserGOOD: hotel is secluded and secure due to its gated parking lot distancing the hotel from public access way. It has onsite restaurant with outstanding Rib Eye steak for $20. Most staff speaks some level of English and they allow guest(s). Its located close enough to walk to night spots but far enough to get good night rest.
BAD: bed is not the greatest and linens dont cover the entire mattress. Shower has warm water, room is basic with limited channels on tv.
UGLY: gym is unsat. Everything is broken. Canvas roof is in poor state as it appears to soon collapse from rain water collection. Floors epseems always be dirty and walls between rooms are thin. Price increases during the week and overall property seems to be deteriorating.
